PROVN OF RING MAIN SYSTEM AND ALLIED WORKS FOR MRSAM AT MISA CAMP UNDER GE (S) TEZPUR

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying cables / GI pipe, foundation of pole, stay etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in approved earth in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in layers in soft / loose soil after the cabels are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour sand filling in trenches with clean dry unwashed sand for cushioning of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of sand will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HPV, Type-I, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm thick laid dry for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 11 KV, ‘Earthed Grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI Pipe light grade 80 mm dia under road crossing / on pole with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc for protection of PVC / XLPE cable complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of Road (minimum 1.0 METRE below the Road Surface / footpath with the help of GI Tubing not exc. 100 mm bore (dia) for passing of UG Cable, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: GI Pipe laid will be measured and paid separately under appropriate Item.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size

Supply Install testing and commisioning of outdoor RMU(Ring Main Unit) 3 Way 11KV with one incomer of capacity 630 Amps VCB and two outgoing of which two load break switch(LBS) (1 VCB+ 2 LBS) RMU with of extensible type, STC of rating 21KA/1sec, protection relay,Motorized, metering instruments, Feeder Remote Terminal Unit, Gas embeded busbar inside tank and GI Earthings with metering CT ratio 100/1, Ac CL 0.5 and metering PT 11KV/v3/110 V/v3 AC, 50VA CI 0.5 & 3P, battery 12V x 2nos and battery charger-5A including necessary civil works for fixing of RMU all as specified and as directed. above item consist of Note: Necessary fixing arrangements of plinth plateform of RMU shall be deemed in quoted rate as per OEM reccomended diagram and other necessary requirements as per manufacture instruction shall be done by contractor. Note : The details drawing of RMU duly prepared by OEM shall be approved by GE before the manufacturing of RMU unit.
