Lump-Sum Professional Consultancy Fee for complete performance of the Scope of Services for establishment of the BSL-3 Laboratory at AIIMS Patna which should be certification and operation ready, including site assessment and verification, planning, architectural and multidisciplinary engineering design, biosafety, biosecurity and containment planning, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, ELV, BMS/EMS and allied systems, BIM modelling, CFD analysis and digital deliverables, preparation of drawings, calculations, specifications, BOQ, estimates and tender documents, tender assistance, deployment of key experts, design coordination and reviews, construction review and design alignment, shop-drawing review, testing review, commissioning support, validation support, certification support, preparation of as-built drawings, manuals and reports, and all related coordination, revisions, professional assistance and associated deliverables required under the RFP, complete in all respects.
