Dismantling of submersible pump set all as directed and replacement of the following items- (i) Replacement of neck ring – 05 Nos, Replacement of brass bushes– 05 Nos, Replacement of shaft bush- 02 Nos, Replacement of impeller -05 Nos. Note: The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the submersible pump in serviceable state for the entire contract period. Since the job involves major overhauling, no additional payment will be made to the contractor if servicing is required more than once.

(a) Replacement of CI impeller as per existing size. (b) Replacement of EN-8 pump shaft complete with check put key. (c) Replacement of type C-40 pump casing bottom. (d) Replacement of gland packing plate. (e) Replacement of bearing housing CI complete. (f) Replacement of ball bearing 5309. (g) Replacement of planter ring. (h) Replacement of liquid deflector. (i) Replacement of shaft sleeve SS 410. (j) Replacement of set of key. (k) Replacement of lock washer for support foot. (l) Replacement of lock washer for impeller foot. (m) Replacement of grease nipple. (n) Replacement of oil level sight glass. (o) Replacement of oil seal. (p) Replacement of gas kit set. (q) Replacement of plug set. (r) Replacement of fasteners. (s) Assembling of pump set complete and fixing in foundation and connecting with motor coupling and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L calcium hypochlorite 65% to 70% chlorine content in granular form (calcium based granular disinfectant for chlorination of water) in 45 kg packing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismentaling and step opening to complete centrifugal motor of cap 30 HP and segrigated all serviceable parts and kept at site for resue including rewinding with supper enamled wire of suitable gauge complete , and replaceing bushes, bearing check nut, and other required parts and barnishing the same incl painting of motor , making serviceable to the motor complete and servicing, cleaning, greasing, overhauling, re-alingment with lock, key, nut, bolts, washers and reassembling the same with centrifugal pump after testing complete and all as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note: The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the centrifugal pump in serviceable state for the entire contract period. Since the job involves major overhauling, no additional payment will be made to the contractor if servicing is required more than once.

S&F in repair Capacitor suitable for monoblock/ submersible pump of 0.5 Hp to 2 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Lowering & lifting of existing pump set from borewell and repaired pump set with taking out carefully of 18 Nos. column pipe of 80/150 mm size each length of 3 mtr with flange joints repairing/ welding all as required at site to column pipe and including cable proper fixing with pump set and column pipe and making connection with existing starter all as required at site and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Cost of flange type with jointing material like nut-bolts, gasket sheet etc. shall be included in item rate quoted.

S&F in repairs flat 3 core copper conductor PVC insulated & PVC sheathed cable 1100 Volts grade of size 10 Sqmm including 40 mm dia PVC conduit fixed to wall/ in duct laid in floor/trench etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down of old panel and repair in replacement of same with factory made in door type panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated suitable for up to 30 HP submersible pump embedded on required size brick masonry platform comprising of following:- (a) Star delta starter for 30HP- 01 No (b) MCCB TP 63Amp, 25KA – 01 No (c) Isolator TPN 32Amps – 01 No (d) Amps meter with CT-01 No (e) Volt meter 0-500V- 01 No (f) Single phase preventer – 01 No (g) Indicating lamp – 1 Set (h) Copper bus bar 200 Amp – 1 No Make Havells

M&L for Collection of water sample from borewell & getting then tested from Govt laboratry & furnishing test report, indicating chemical, & bactrological analysis including presrence of floride, TDS, LEAD contents if any complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs MS column pipe 100 mm dia medium grade (heavy duty) flanged type incl necessary fixing MS nut, bolt, washer & gaskets' etc incl groove for cable entry system of 3 mtr in length complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing, repair and testing of fire alarm panel (non comprehensive maintenance) having appx 10 devices & 4 Zone till completion of contract which includes quarterly visit and emergency callout of make honeywell. Note :- (a) Check all connection of control panel. (b) Check correct unobstructed setting of detectors and call points. (c) Test detector and call point in each zone. (d) Test alarm sounders. (e) Correct fuse rating, Secure battey terminal. (f) Cleaning of control Panel. (g) From test 2.1 Check alarm zone/ address/ location reported, stimulate fault isolation in each zone. (h) Contractor will responsible to keep panel in serviceable condition If any dameged electrical, mechanical, electronic part/ element noticed while repair/ Servicing it will be changed in the contract period without any extra cost.

S&F in repair battery 12 Volt, 7.0 Ah rechargeble VRLA type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair hooter cum flasher for fire alarm panel as per existing sample complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair smock detector for fire alarm panel as per existing sample complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCP resettable for fire alarm panel as per existing sample complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC insulated insheathed multi stranded copper conductor four core flexible type of capacity 4.0 sq mm FRLS cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of fire alarm panel of existing make and capacity or equivalent as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance and servicing of chlorine dosing equipment self priming, having discharge capacity up to 5 Ltrs/Hour of existing make making the plant fully serviceable at the following locations:- Note:- (i) Spares required for replacement will be inclusive in quoted rate in this item. (ii) The rate quoted by the tenderer includes cost of maint/ Servicing of above said plant in a period of 90 days till the date of completion of work. (iii) Rate inclusive of labour cost replacement of parts during currency of contract as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : For item No 1 to 172.01 1. Quoted rate should be included of labour charge contractor has to deploy minimum two electrician on routine basis for day to day internal electric complaint, one plumber for water supply complaint. 2. complaints of day to day internal electrification and water supply should be attended and rectified within 24 hr otherwise a penalty of rupees 500.00 Rs per day per complaint will be recoverd from the contracter.
