AME for maintenance of street light fittings damaged pole copings, UG cables etc., for all the roads pertaining to ESD-III, Tirupati for the year 2026-27

Only erection of 9 Meters length of given Steel Tubular Pole in an earth pit of size 2' x 2' x 6' and concreting in C.C. 1:3:6 with 40mm HBG Crushed metal to full width over bed concrete to a height of 5' (up to ground level) in all soils and filled with sand to a height of 6" and base concreting with C.C (1:3:6) using 40mm HBG Crushed Metal for full width and up to ground level over concrete bed of 6" height and coping should be done to a height of 2 1/2' with round/square/hexagonal shape using 20mm HBG Crushed metal in C.C. 1:3:6 and plastering neatly with 12mm thick in C.M (1:5). The Pole has to be painted with 2 coats of enamel paint from coping to a height of 1.00 mtr and painting the remaining pole with 2 coats of Aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide paint as directed during execution. (Poles will be supplied departmentally and conveyance by the Contractor at his cost from Stores to Site).

Supply Laying and Transportation of Outer dia 50mm and inner dia 38mm, 6Kg/Sq.Cm (PE- 100 grade) double walled corrugated HDPE duct made as per specification BSEN - 500 86/IS 14930 Part-II. Make: DURA LINE (Dura Guard) or its equivalent make.

Supply and transportation of 16 Sq.mm 4 core LT XLPE insulated, 1100V grade armoured Aluminium UG cable as per specification confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I)/1554-1. Grade-A: Make: Torent / Universal / Unistar / Havells / KEI / Gloster / Polycab / RR Kabel / Finolex.

Laying of U.G cables upto 50 Sq.mm and back filling of trench including labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and making end termination with heavy Alluminium lugs (pin / ring type) upto 16 Sq.mm cable as per IS specification duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape etc., complete. Make: Dowels / Jainson / Comet.

Supply and fixing of fabricated M.S clamps made out of 25mm x 3mm MS flat with necessary holes on either side with 1 1/2" coach screws and painting 2 coats of enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide suitable for fixing of UG Cables of size 10 Sq.mm to 16 Sq.mm on walls etc. including all labour charges etc., complete.

Earth Work excavation for trench for laying of U.G. Cable in ordinary Soils, manual means to the required width and depth and depositing the same on bank as directed during execution etc., complete .

Cutting open BT road surface (As well as Asphalt concrete up to 75 mm thick) including water bound macadam.

Cutting open cement concrete road

Cement concrete using 20mm HBG metal in CC (1:3:6) laid in Layers of not more than 15cms thick well compacted including curing cost and conveyance of materials etc., complete

Painting to the existing 7.5 mtrs height with Single/ double stem steel tubular poles / pipes of street lights / Road light / Yard lights including stems, MS boxes / cross arms / GI pipes clamps to the pole with one coat of enamel paint of approved colour from coping to a height of 1 Mtr and single/ double stem pipe of approved colour and painting the remaining pole with one coat of aluminium paint & painting one coat of AcrylicExterior Emulsion paint to the pole coping as directed during execution. Necessary ladder / scaffolding arrangement is to be made by contractor at his cost. (If departmental ladder is used an amount of Rs.25-00 / pole will be deducted from the contractor bill subject to without causing any damage to the ladder). Make : As approved in Civil SSR-2020-21
