Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and getting out loose /soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC M-30 (design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation including raft footing, foundation beams, plinth beams for column etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 (design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in columns, pillars,piers,post and struts completes as as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete foundations footings, base of columns, plinth beams and similar wok with rough finished surfaces completes all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of column, pillars posts, struts piers etc with rough finish surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250 M but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Structural Mild steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc using Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A , painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Steel is to be procured directly from main manufacturer only and contractor will have to produce Purchase vouchers, Manufacturers Test certificates and independent Test Results in this regard before payment of RAR/final Bill

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described by using auto roller or airless sprayer machine complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted corrugated/’Z’ profile galvalume roofing sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with Silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10 micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and over lap of sheets shall be designed for anti capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self drilling and self tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation. Screws shall be of “HILTI” or equivalent make approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of all the scaffoldings, ladders, cranes etc and T&P to reach roofs to fix the sheets , tenderers are advised to visit the site and quote their rates accordingly and no claim or nothing extra shall be admissible on this account at any later stage

S & F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm for false ceiling from the height of 12m from GL including S & F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long from the height of 12m from GL including S & F 12 mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in aluminium snap grid frame including Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

S&F Non-skid glazed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm or 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in Coloured cement to match over and including screed bed 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete above ground floor exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed .

M & L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in floorings and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Taking down shutters of any description not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each(without taking of shutter from the frame and removing to store) complete all as specified and directed

Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window framke with C.P.brass/ stainless steel screws @200mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete all as specified and directed

S&F for anodised alluminium door shutter powder coated of any colour (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)(three track) ,window shutters, fixed type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2Nos) suitable handle (1 No) complete all as specified.

S & F 4 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq. M in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing roof treatment from roof and terrace, roughening surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and supplying, testing and applying following new roof treatment:- (a) Brushing and applying neat cement slurry over concrete surfaces with cement @ 3 kg/sqm. (b) Rendring 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof, (leveling course). (c) Providing 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregrate as in floors (c) Applying evenly one coat of cold bituminous primer conforming to [email protected] liter per square metre on the cleaned plastered surfaces. (d) Applying evenly one coat of blown hot bitumen of grade 85/25@ 1.20 Kg per square metre on primed surfaces. (e) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum)Weighing 3.50 Kg per square metre reinforced with polyster non woven fabric weighing not less than 160 gms per square metre by torch application. The overlap shall be not less than 100mm on transverese direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlaps. (f) Applying evenly one coat of Aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre per square metre over the APP based polymeric membrane complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key securing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair face of brick or surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair face of brick or surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Prepration of newly plastered surfaces of wall by using vaccume based hand held or long handle sander machine and cleaning the surfaces by using Jet washer and applying two coats of cement based paint by using auto roller or airless sprayer machiner complete all as specified and directed

Prepration of new plastered surfaces by using vaccume based hand held or long handle sander machine and applying 3 mm thick cement based wall putty by using automatic putty sprayer, (the putty shall be mixed with multipurpose mixer only) to achieve even and smooth surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of suitable primer by using auto roller or airless sprayer machiner complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs Cast iron body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3 universal type , suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper cable 1100V, FRLS grade multistranded drawn in and including 20mm dia PVC conduit totally concealed conduit in walls/ceiling with tee , bend, elbows , junction box etc. with provision of PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity including not less than 1.0mm thick prefabricated galvanised metal boxes with white modular cover plate with frame of suitable size for fixing modular switches, sockets regulator and connected the earth wire to common earth dolly for One light/fan point/bell point/5 Amp Independent board controlled by one switch including taking down the existing old wiring of any description and type complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) The quoted rate shall includes all the cost of cutting, chasing, cementing work and making all the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling good to match the existing wall / ceiling along with same colour.
