SITC of Ultra Filtration System
Design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a skid-mounted Ultra Filtration (UF) system having a net permeate capacity of 30 m³/hr, designed for conservative flux operation suitable for STP effluent. The entire system shall be integrated on a heavy-duty MSEP structural skid, treated with a high-build anti-corrosive epoxy coating system. The assembly shall include high-strength Multi-bore membranes in vertical housings, two horizontal centrifugal feed pumps (1W+1S), and one high-flow backwash pump featuring SS 304/316 internals for corrosion resistance. Buyback, dismantling, and safe removal of decommissioned electromechanical components from the existing STP on an "as-is-where-is" basis. The scope involves the systematic dismantling and site clearance of old Mild Steel (MS) structures including clarifier rake mechanisms, bridges, and walkways, along with redundant Pressure Sand and Activated Carbon Filter vessels. It also includes the collection and removal of exhausted filter media, decommissioned FRP chemical tanks, scrap piping, and valves. The contractor shall be solely responsible for the environmentally sound disposal of all waste materials, specifically contaminated filter media and FRP scrap, in strict accordance with KSPCB/PCB Hazardous Waste Management guidelines.
