SITC of Ultra Filtration System

Design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a skid-mounted Ultra Filtration (UF) system having a net permeate capacity of 30 m³/hr, designed for conservative flux operation suitable for STP effluent. The entire system shall be integrated on a heavy-duty MSEP structural skid, treated with a high-build anti-corrosive epoxy coating system. The assembly shall include high-strength Multi-bore membranes in vertical housings, two horizontal centrifugal feed pumps (1W+1S), and one high-flow backwash pump featuring SS 304/316 internals for corrosion resistance. System automation shall be managed via an integrated IP55-rated PLC control panel with HMI for the seamless execution of filtration, backwash, and Chemically Enhanced Backwash (CEB) cycles. The scope includes all interconnecting uPVC/SS process piping, online rotameters for permeate and backwash flow monitoring, digital pressure transmitters, and a dedicated chemical dosing station for CIP (Cleaning-In-Place). All fasteners, including bolts, nuts, and washers used in the skid fabrication and component mounting, shall strictly be of SS 304 grade.

Supply of additional spare membrane- Supply of individual high-performance Ultra Filtration (UF) membrane modules designed for integration into a 30 m³/hr capacity UF system. The membranes shall feature advanced Multi-bore or Single-bore technology, providing exceptional mechanical strength and resistance to fiber breakage during high-pressure backwash cycles. Fabricated from Polyethersulfone (PES) or an equivalent high-strength polymer, the modules shall have a nominal pore size of 0.02 to 0.05 microns, ensuring effective removal of suspended solids, bacteria, and viruses. Each module must be specifically engineered for wastewater and sewage treatment applications, offering superior fouling resistance and chemical durability for periodic cleaning-in-place (CIP) procedures. The supply shall ensure full compatibility with the pressure vessel housings provided in the UF skid assembly and include all standard internal O-rings and seals required for leak-proof installation.

SITC of online monitoring system

Design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a fully automated, tamper-proof Online Effluent Quality Monitoring System (EQMS) for the continuous real-time measurement of treated effluent, strictly adhering to the latest CPCB and KSPCB guidelines. The system shall utilize advanced UV-Vis Spectrophotometry and potentiometric sensing technology to accurately measure and display seven key parameters on the local digital interface: pH, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Ammoniacal Nitrogen (NH4-N), Total Nitrogen (TN), and Oil & Grease (O&G). The assembly shall feature high-precision sensors with integrated automatic cleaning mechanisms, a bypass flow cell arrangement, and a dedicated Pressure Reduction Station to safely manage the 6 kg/cm ² line pressure. All local transmitters and displays shall be housed in a standalone, IP 66-rated, weatherproof panel - Stainless Steel (SS 304) / Aluminium Alloy/ MS with anti-corrosion coating, complete with a stabilized 24V DC 2.5A power supply and data transmission to the KSPCB, CPCB, and CIAL servers. The scope includes all necessary shielded signal cabling, sample tubing, and the mandatory use of SS 304 grade fasteners for all structural, mounting, and plumbing connections.

The arrangement will provide reliable, uninterrupted disinfection while reducing manual intervention and chemical wastage (1W+1S)

Fabrication, supply, and installation of mild steel (MS) works including, but not limited to, structural members such as channels, angles, tees, flats, Chequered plates, pipes, handrails, truss works, gratings, walkways, supports, frames, brackets, stiffeners, and other associated components. The work shall include cutting, welding, grinding, drilling, fixing with necessary bolts, nuts, washers, and anchors, as required for proper alignment and stability. The scope also includes surface preparation, cleaning, and application of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of approved primer, complete as per standard engineering practice and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Buyback, dismantling, and safe removal of decommissioned electromechanical components from the existing STP on an "as-is-where-is" basis. The scope involves the systematic dismantling and site clearance of old Mild Steel (MS) structures including clarifier rake mechanisms, bridges, and walkways, along with redundant Pressure Sand and Activated Carbon Filter vessels. It also includes the collection and removal of exhausted filter media, decommissioned FRP chemical tanks, scrap piping, and valves. The contractor shall be solely responsible for the environmentally sound disposal of all waste materials, specifically contaminated filter media and FRP scrap, in strict accordance with KSPCB/PCB Hazardous Waste Management guidelines.
