RequiredBidder should upload technical bid and 6 or 8 digit HSN codes and GST of the offered material for each item.
RequiredBidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC/BHEL/Singareni Thermal Power Plant etc. or any other power stations and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection
RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification and drawings enclosed can only be considered.
RequiredBidder must be Original Manufacturer or authorized dealer of BCH/ Honeywell / Siemens/ Omron makes only.Original Manufacturer must upload NSIC/SSI/MSME or any other relevant certificate(s). Authorized dealer must upload the authorization letter issued by the original manufacturer.
RequiredBidder shall confirm1:1 compatibility .The supplied model shall be tested at site in place of the existing model. If found to be incompatible, the material will be rejected and also should submit 1:1 interchangeability certificate along with the material.
