1. Repair and maintenance of computer desktop setup comprising of (CPU, monitor, keyboard and mouse ) Printer (Laser jet) and UPS (i) Computer set (CPU, monitor keyboard and mouse) - 27 Nos (HCL-08 ACER-19) (ii) Printer-27 Nos (Laser jet HP-08 Canon -12) (Brother -07) (iii) UPS (27Nos) The AMC for 1 (i) The AMC will cover the repair and servicing of CPU monitor Keyboard & Mouse in case of desktop functioning failure. While reparing the cost for replacing the parts of the system or accessories of any range- will be borne by the contractor without any additional cost. The unserviceable replaced parts will be submitted back to the office and not to be taken as the property of the contractor. Similarly for 1(ii) the AMC will cover the repair and servicing of Printer of various types. The replacement of any part of any range will also be borne by the contractor without any additional cost. The AMC for srl No 1(iii) will cover the repair and servicing of UPS including the cost of replacement of unserviceable batteries will be borne by the contractor Imp Points :- (I) The above rates are for service & replacement of unserviceable parts of any range. (ii) The cost of consumable items like tonor cartridge are not included in the AMC. (iii) Rate are inclusive of GST.
