Hire Charges for Supplying, Fixing, Wiring, Servicing and Maintaining of festival decorative Series Sets consisting of 50 to 100 Nos of Bulbs including suitable wire & controls wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed.

For Three days.

Hire charges for Supply, Fixing, Wiring, Servicing & Maintaining of 150 / 200 / 240W LED Flood Light Fitting with all accessories including suitable wire and controls wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed.

For Three days.

Hire charges for Supplying and running circuit service mains with 2 of 2.5 Sq.mm / 4sq.mm / 6sq.mm / 10 sq.mm PVC insulated sheathed Aluminium / copper wire, PVC tape, Clips etc., wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed.

For Three days.

Hire charges for Supplying and running circuit service mains with 4 of 2 Sq.mm / 4sq.mm / 6sq.mm / 10 sq.mm / 16sq.mm PVC insulated sheathed Aluminium / copper wire PVC tape, Clips etc., wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed.

For Three days.

Hire charges for Supplying and running circuit service mains with 4 of 7/16 PVC insulated sheathed Aluminium / copper wire PVC tape, Clips etc., wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed.

For Three days.

Hire charges for supplying wiring and maintaining suitable size LT panel board with pilot lamp arrangements and the following switches wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed. i) 100/200 Amps TPST / TPIC switch with pilot lamp and neutral.

For Three days.

Hire charges for supplying, fixing, wiring and 5 KVA DG set with suitable change over switch, cables and connections. The DG set should be maintained for all the 24 hours for running the set with operator wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed (Excluding the cost of Diesel Oil) - For Ten days

Hire charges for supplying, fixing, wiring and 62.5 KVA DG set with suitable change over switch, cables and connections. The DG set should be maintained for all the 24 hours for running the set with operator wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed (Excluding the cost of Diesel Oil) - For Ten days

Hire charges for supplying, fixing, wiring and 125 KVA DG set with suitable change over switch, cables and connections. The DG set should be maintained for all the 24 hours for running the set with operator wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed (Excluding the cost of Diesel Oil) - For Ten days

Hire charges for supplying laying connecting PVC / XLPE insulated armoured / unarmoured up to 25 sq.mm U.G. Cable with necessary cable glands sockets etc., as required wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed.

For Three days.

Hire charges for supplying, fixing, wiring, servicing and maintaining pedestal fan / Pedestal 18/24” Air circulators with suitable wires & controls wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed.

For Three days.

Hire charges for creeping type LED Navara Patty Set which consisting 100 Nos. LED lamps of RED, YELLOW, GREEN, BLUE and WHITE colours with creeping/ ordinary. The LED’s are accommodated in a small box with control resistance wherever necessary. The supply will be fed to the LED with Electronic circuit wire connection. The rate is inclusive of transport to the site, erection and removal

(Note: The rate should inclusive of transportation, erection and removing charges)

For Three days.

Erection and removal of 12’ to 25’ insulated iron / insulated GI pipe / wooden post for fixing of LED thoranams / MH fittings / LED fittings / Halozen fittings etc, as directed during execution. Per programme maximum up to ten days.

Hire charges for temporary illumination, consisting of 54W LED RGB Parcan light fitting non integral weather proof die cast aluminium housing with IP66 protection with control gear box, control gear with required cables, holder, mains duly erected with required scaffolding and dismantled on existing poles including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete.

For Three days.

Hire Charges for Supplying, Fixing, Wiring, Servicing and Maintaining of LED, RGB PIXEL series Sets consisting of 50 to 100 Nos of Bulbs including suitable wire & controls wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., complete. (The work includes drawing of GI wire for tightening of the sets)

For Three days.

Note: - 1) Erection and Testing should be completed before one day of the Festival / Utsavam etc., begins.

2) Necessary watch and ward against fire accident, safety measures and without interruption should be maintained during the Programme / Festival functions.

Hire charges for providing LED Lamps / LED rope Bamboo stick designs of different deities, Arches & designs etc., as directed during execution with different colours & Lights to operate at 230 V, Single/Three phase supply. The deities, Arches & designs etc, should be fixed firmly on existing scaffolding / as directed during execution and giving necessary connection.

(Note: The rate should be inclusive of transportation, erection, testing and removing charges etc).

Note: - 1) The 6.2 V Bamboo stick designs of different deities, Arches & designs etc., where ever necessary are to be arranged the deities, Arches & designs etc., with / without creeping circuits. Each circuit is connected through a step down transformer / SMPS if required.

2) Erection and Testing should be completed before one day of the Festival / Utsavam etc., begins.

3) Necessary watch and ward against fire accident, safety measures and without interruption should be maintained during the Programme / Festival functions.

Labour charges for arranging focus lighting and dragging of portable / small generator for vahanam procession during night times on occasion of festivals.

Hire Charges for Erection and removal of scaffolding for erection of Electrical illumination Figures wherever necessary as directed during execution including providing necessary struts, ties, bracings etc, from bottom to 10 meter.

Note:- 1. TTD Lorry to be arranged on Free of cost for transportation of scaffolding materials To and Fro exclusive for scaffolding works for erection of electrical cutout at Tirumala except for works at Tirupati and Tirchanoor and transportation charges will be paid separately for outside places,

2. Erection should be completed before Two days of commencement of the Festival / Utsavam.

3. The TTD has not responsible for theft and fire accident.

4. The existing scaffolding shall be reused are continued upto 2 Months and the rate shall be allowed for such extension at 25% less over the above rates.

5. The measurements shall be given for the front view of the scaffoldings.

6. 10% extra will be paid for 4-mada streets at Tirumala.

7. Transportation charges will be paid for outside places 15% extra for Tirupati rates (beyond 18 KMs)

8. The above rates are excluding GST.

Hire Charges for Erection and removal of scaffolding for erection of Electrical illumination Figures wherever necessary as directed during execution including providing necessary struts, ties, bracings etc, from bottom to 20 meter.

Erection and removal of Four pole Towers for erection of electrical illumination of MH fittings / Halozen fittings wherever necessary as directed during execution including providing necessary channels, bracings and necessary watch and ward against fire accidents. Per programme maximum of Ten days.

Note:- 1) Erection and Testing should be completed before one day of the Festival / Utsavam etc., begins.

2) Necessary watch and ward against fire accident, safety measures and without interruption should be maintained during the Programme / Festival functions.

Hire charges for supplying, fixing, wiring, servicing and maintaining Jumbo Air cooler Heavy duty with suitable wires & controls wherever necessary as directed during transportation execution and removal, of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed. For One day

Note:- 1) Erection and Testing should be completed before one day of the Festival / Utsavam etc., begins.

2) Necessary watch and ward against fire accident, safety measures and without interruption should be maintained during the Programme / Festival functions.

Hire charges for providing LED Design boards of different deities / designs etc, as directed during execution with different colours & Lights to operate at 230V, Single phase supply. The boards should be fixed firmly on existing scaffolding / as directed during execution and giving necessary connections. (Note: The rate should inclusive of transportation, erection and removing charges) - For Ten days

Note:- 1) The specified designs board should have made with painting on the front side so that in day times, the design is appears as painting board, and in night times the replica of design is to be appear with colour LEDs so as to lit the natural colour of the deity / design.

2) The LED's are to be arranged to the board with / without creeping circuits. Each circuit is connected through a step down transformer / SMPS.

3) Erection and Testing should be completed before one day of the Festival / Utsavam etc., begins.

4) Necessary watch and ward against fire accident, safety measures and without interruption should be maintained during the Programme / Festival functions.
