Dismantling and taking down U/S copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket, power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holder, light fitting etc including CI/Pressed steel terminals, switch box, and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc, to match with the existing surfaces of wall/floor complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.)
