Having Own Material testing Laboratory facilities (with NABL Accreditation / ISO certification) or Joint venture with existing laboratory (with NABL Accreditation / ISO certification). Project Management consultants can enter into Joint venture with existing laboratory for a maximum of Two districts or Two PMC packages.

Consultants for any State Government and Central Government should have carried out construction supervision for the projects such as. Building works such as Office Building, Community and Public toilets, Modern Bus stand, Market Complex of value not less than the Rs. 8.0 Crores. At least One Project of cost not less than 80% of the project cost. The completion certificate should be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Competent Authority.

The firm or company registration certificate with central/state/PSU govt must have experience in the field of civil engineering consultancy.
