SCHEDULE 'A' B/R SPECIAL REPAIR WORKS NOTE: (i)Complete removal of existing tiles to be done by using Manual means only (ii)Ponding test to be carried out after completion of chemical treatment and tiling work.(iii)If found any leakage/seapage of swimming pool, repair to be done without any cost. (iv)All water proofing work and structural restoration/retrofitting work are to be carried out by the authorised firm approved by GE.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete type-C4 as per IS-2185 Part-I 2005 with solid block having minimum compressive strength of 4N/Sqmm and minimum strength of individual unit is 3.2N/Sqmm exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete type-C4 as per IS-2185 Part-I 2005 with solid block having minimum compressive strength of 4N/Sqmm and minimum strength of individual unit is 3.2N/Sqmm 10cm thick(with plain or interlocking joints as directed)setting in cement mortar 1:4 in walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in ceiling finished even and smooth over a coat of epoxy base coating as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 in block masonry over a coat of epoxy base coating as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for Item No 6 & 7 : Quoted rates includes the rate of material and application of epoxy base coating applied as per manufacturer,s instructions.

Material and Labour for Preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of Alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineerr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 8mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using liquid WPC over 12mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Water proofing compound shall be paid separately.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered internal surfaces and applying two coats of Interior emulsion over a coat of Alkali resistant primer and 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Application of paint, primer and wall care putty shall be as per manufacture's instructions.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered external surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof paint over a coat of suitable base coat over 1.5mm thick wall care putty of three layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Application of paint, primer and wall care putty shall be as per manufacture's instructions.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineerr-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thick(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor or wall tiling including backing but not bedding and removal of debris to a distance not exc 1.5Km from the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x7 to 8/450 x 300 x 7 to 8mm thick with joint spacer, straight edge best quality as on skirting dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick screed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles joint free 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile excededing 0.11Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 16 herein before but on vertical surface as in skirting over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3.

Material and labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tile s 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area or each tile exceeding 0.18 and not exceeding 0.38Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Make:- VC shield series of SOMANY/Abrasion Serous of Jhonson or equivalent as per list of manufacturers specified in CA.

All as per Item No 18 herein before but on vertical surface as in skirting over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3.

Material and Labour for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Endura designer tile of size 30cmx30cmx12mm thick of any colour and design, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection /hardstanding , laid in panels, finished the top surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Hardcore of broken stone of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs on edge such as in steps platform and other similar situation etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and lbour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304)railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature(wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of anti corrosive Epoxy paint over a coat of Epoxy primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including Nainitial or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Prepainted galvalume zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick TCT of a colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 6mm thick MS Plates in wall/floor cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engneer-in-Charge.

Taking down door/ window chowkhats with shutters exc 1.5 and n. exc 4Sqm each including cutting holes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down door/ window chowkhats with shutters n. exc 1.5Sqm each including cutting holes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Fibre glass reinforced plastic(FRP)door frame of 100mm x 60mm thick laminated with inner core of treatment and outer core of average 2mm thick FRP with gel coat finish weighing an average of 4Kgs per meter complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- FESTEL or equivalent as per list of manufacturers as listed in CA.

Supply and fix 30mm thick factory made door shutter to be made with unsaturated polyster resin moulded to 3mm FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles suitable treated and seasoned rubber wood are to be filled inside at required places for fixing of fittings cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate for panels with gel coat finish and with an average weight of 8kg per Sqm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make:- FESTEL or equivalent as per list of manufacturers as listed in CA.

Supply and fix Factory made coloured powder coated aluminium section having a min of 15 micron as in frame for windows/ partition wall styles rails etc with one or more rebates ( wall thickness of aluminum section not less than 2mm) complete all as specified and directed (glazing and aluminum hard ware shall be measured & paid separately

Supply and fix Powder coated aluminum window and ventilator shutter side hung type without sash bars, aluminum section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips rubber packing anodised aluminum snap beading , screws anodised aluminum fittings such as peg stays 150mm long(1No.) hinges type B-21 100mm long (2Nos.) suitable handle (1No)complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Microconccreting in RCC coloumns and Beams including chemicals, reinforcement ,form work averaging thickness not exceeding 50MM as per the following stages, (I) Remove the damaged concrete portions completely till the reinforcement is exposed from the member carefully with mechanical arrangements and hand chiseling and clean the dust particles. (ii) Claan the reinforcement and apply Nitrozinc primer manufactured by M/S Fosroc chemicals or equivalent with providing sacrificial Zinc anode Galvashield XPI (iii) applying the bonding agent by using NITO BOND EP or equivalent as per list of manufacturers specified in CA. (iv) Providing leakproof shuttering system for the jacket portion of the members and micro concrete with Rendroc RG , RENDEROC SP 40 whichever is applicable manufactured by M/S Fosroc chemicals or equivalent as per list of manufacturers specified in CA.( compressive strength of Micro concrete should be 50 N/mm2) Note:- Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for Precast RCC type B-1 , 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in landings cover slabs chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughts, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-30 (20mm graded stone aggregate) for Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical flat rough surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for CRS TMT bars Fe 500D Quality A, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for CRS TMT bars Fe 500D Quality A 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for coloumns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for equipments and supervision charges for cleaning the surface using wire/ coir brush, "V" groove cutting along the construction joint and fill the same with Fosroc Renderoc CS Crack Sealer or equivalent as applicable all complete as per the site conditions.

Drilling holes at specified location to required depth and diameter as directed by the Engr in charge and injecting the two component Cementitious grout CONBEXTRA GP2 or equivalent as applicable upto 500gm per packers fixed at 500mm c/c in staggered manner complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment including equipments nd supervision charges in following step by step procedure:- (a)Chipping and removing of any concrete laitance or cement debris over the surface. (b)Further chipping to achieve the mother slab of the concrete, High pressure cleaning of the entire surface, anklet filling(coving of joints) of all joints between wall and floor using fibre reinforced repair mrtar. (c)Chipping and opening of all joints between pipes, light points and water outlets in the pool. Filling and packing of these joints using fibre reinforced repair mortars. (d)Application of one coat of SBR Latex(Sika)/liquithane EMA(IWL)/Nitobond SBR(Fosroc) or equivalent over all the corners between the floor and wall joints. (e)Priming coat of SBR Latex(Sika)/Liquithane primer(IWL) or equivlent over the entire surface, Lying of fibre mesh of 45 gsm thickness and applying the second coat of latex based SBR coat. (f)Application of two coats of elastomeric based cementitious water proofing system(Sika Top seal 107)(Fosroc Brush bond RFX)/NITOCOTE CM210 or equivalent whichever is applicable all as per manufacturer,s Instructions and specifications for all leads and lifts including all materials & manpower tools and tackles etc, protect the applied liquid membrane, spread separation layer of 100 GSM geo-textile with overlap of 50mm in both directions on fully cured water proofed surface before laying protection screed of CM 1:3 with WPC 20mm thick. Note:-(i) The work should be carried out by authorized applicator of manufacture only.(ii)Chipping shall be done by manual means only to avoid any damage to mother slab.

Material and Labour for fixing swimming pool tiles of area not exc 0.11 Sqm fixed using high performance polyurethane epoxy based adhesive Nitotile GPX(Fosroc)/NITOTILE MPA or equivalent whichever is applicable all complete as per the manufactures instructions. Make:- HR JHONSON/Kajaria/ORIENTBELL/AGL or equivalent as listed in CA Note: (i)Spacer shall be provided between the tiles and quoted rate is inclusive of the same. (ii) Joint filling shall be measured and paid under Item No 70 herein after.

Material and labour for Epoxy tile joint filling using Nitotile EPW(Fosroc) or equivalent on floor and walls complete as per the manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Applying oil based bitumen primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm on the prepared surface, and then apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 heated to a working temprature of 180 degree centigrade and applied @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm on the surface area and then providing and laying 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with one woven polyester mat weighing not less 160gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqcm, tearing strength of 180 N (Min),a static puncher resistance of 180,torch application including minimum 10 cm side over lap & 15 cm end overlap, and then applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over membrance heated to a working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface area and then providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane( second layer) weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with one woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160g/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqcm, tearing strength of 180 N (Min),a static puncher resistance of 180,torch application including minimum 10 cm side over lap & 15 cm end overlap, and then applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over membranes heated to a working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface area and finishing surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Hume pipe septic tank for 50 users excavation in ordinary soil, foundation in PCC 1:2:4, brick work in CM 1:4 ,RCC slab cover including RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all around/ fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame vent shaft and sludge chambers etc, including excavation and fixing to existing pipe line and making good complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches/floor or fixed to wall including necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 9mm thick PVC hollow profile designer panel of approved quality and design for false ceiling fixed over and including rectanguler aluminium section 40mm x25mmx0.5mm thick frame work,hanging arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

HARDSTANDING:Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material (soil) not exc. 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc.1.50 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 100mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregate for floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

AREA DRAINAGE:Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil exc 250m but not exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
