Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper,all works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Fixing Galvalume sheets(departmental) ( Supply of pre painted Alu- Zinc alloy coated steel sheets ( 55% Aluminium, 43% Zinc, 1.6% Silicons)0.5mm thick).The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, including providing necessary overlap not less than 200mm at end 1 1/2 corrugation at side excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and providing ridges of width 1.2m including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per direction of engineer in charge, the ridge will be measured separately.

Providing and fixing 200mm (or nearest greater available size) PVC half split square type eave gutter including cost of all necessary fittings (PVC down pipe to be paid separately). ALl works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

FLOOR

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete. All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges etc. complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charge, scaffolding etc complete as required.

Vacuum de-water flooring(VDF) by fixing channels, doing the vacuum dewatering over the placed concrete, power floating the compacted base flooring incorporating non-metallic floor hardner FH 20 or equivalent @ 3kg/sqm, cutting the concrete in panels of size 4m x 3m intervals by groove cutting the panels in 5mm width x 10 mm deep after 3 to 4 days of water curing, filling this gap with polysulphide sealant or any suitable flexible materials after 7 to 10 days of curing with all materials, tools, machines etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows all complete with 4.0 mm thick glass panes. All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required
