Providing and Fixing wire gauge shutters using galvenised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors, windows & clearstory windows i/c bright finished black iron enamelled hinges with necessary screws 40 mm thick (2nd class deodar wood) in all leads and lifts.

Providing & Fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden frame of window etc.with M.S. flats. square or round barswith round headedbolts and nuts by screws (ornamental grills) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete in all leads and lifts. 300 x 16mm

Providing and Fixing 4 mm thick UV Sheet (Fully Water Proof) Ceiling of approved quality of ISI Mark i/c fixing to base frames with aluminium U & L angles, corners etc complete (frame work for base & cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work in all leads and lifts.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 Itr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 Itr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture in all leads and lifts.

Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan with regulator, including wiring the down rods of standard length (up to 30 cm) with 16/0.20 mm twin twisted flexible, cotton braided, copper cable, including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box and earthing etc. as required:- Ceiling Fan 1200 mm sweep, Category-A
