Demolishing cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded as in coping as in brick wall duly rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone or concrete walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) using WPC with fair finish without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately

Material and labour for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade for new work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing of brick tiles or terracing tiles in single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska of any thickness, including plastering and leaping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ready mix concrete (low density thermal insulative concrete of density 1200 kg/cum) grade (M-25) obtained from plant approved with MES as in roofs, terraces, sunken and other locations as per site requirements laid through RMC with suitable arrangements of pumping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for screed bed or bedding in two layer (each layer of 10mm thick) 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC in second layer as per manufacturer instruction for laying of APP membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) of best quality complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sqm. blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu. m per sqm, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area and priming surfaces and apply normal treatment for moderate conditions, using glass fibre base bitumen felt, grade 2 and material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application and finally finished with one coat of bituminous aluminium primer at 100 gm per sqm top of the membrane, including dismantling existing felt complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 0.71 mm thick plain aluminium sheeting, alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) for covering the crumple/expansion joints fixed with aluminium alloy screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks (exc 500 and n. exc 1000 ltrs) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top with threaded lid) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I of capacity 1000 ltrs.20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of brass with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed and tank nipple of suitable size & check nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) etc Fe-410W (gde E 250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated surfaces of steel of any description exc 10cm width or girth not other wise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
