CONSTRUCTION OF TURF CRICKET GROUND AT HIGH SCHOOL PADA WARD NO- 03, KHARIAR ROAD

Clearing and grubbing of land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Earth work in hard soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Filling Foundation and Plinth with Coarse Sand, well watered and rammed as per Direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade with 20mm and 10mm down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting, laying, and compacting, watering and curing for 28 days including all cost, conveyances, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of labour with T & P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Fly Ash. Brick masonry using Fly Ash. Bricks having crushing strength not less than 75Kg. / cm2 in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the brick for six hours in water before use in "Foundation & Plinth" including splays, cutting circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering & curing including cost, conveyances, royalties taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect as per the Direction of Engineer in charge.

Fly ash brickwork in "Superstructure" cement mortar (1:6) by using 9" size bricks including all cost, conveyence etc. complete.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brickwork with cement punning, racking out the joints, watering and curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials & all labour with T & P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) outside with cement punning, racking out the joints, watering and curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials & all labour with T & P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.

6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to R.C.C. Surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chipping and slurry treatment to Ceiling including watering and curing complete with cost, conveyance, royalties, and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.

Priming wall surface with 1 coat Wall Cement primer (water bound) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T & P etc complete.

Wall Painting two Coats with Plastic Emulsion Paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost, conveyence and taxes all materials including cost of all labour and T & P etc. required for new work complete in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting Two coats of Weather Coat Paint , of approved shade & color, to the surface of Walls after cleaning the surface including cost, conveyence and taxes all materials including cost of all labour and T & P etc.required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Electric resistance or induction butt weld tubes

Painting 2 coats with Enamel paint any approved area of all materials taxes,labour T&P etc complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade, of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of 60mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018.

Supplying and fixing of Pre cast kerb stone of size 300mm x 300mm x 150mm of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction fixed in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IS 5758:1984.

25cm. × 23cm concrete drain with cement concrete (1:3:6) and cement plaster (1:3) finished smooth with 10cm thick concrete over hard base.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 5.5 mm thick hexagoanal Aluminum jally in windows as single groove, double groove and tapered clip as horizontal and vertical members for fixing of aluminum jally and jointing angle conforming to standard Aluminium sections etc. complete.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of openable UPVC doors with door frame of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.
