Dismantling of Bricks ( Laid flat or on edges) or Brick Tiles laid dry and pointed in any mortar in floors,channels,kerbs,aprons,over roof surfaces etc in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Mud in Roofs of any Thickness and stripping out/ taking down old existing Tarfelt from any type of roof including plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Brick work built in Cement Mortar and in any Position including all Quoins, Arches and Pillars, etc., to Outside MD/AF Land,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down Steel Tubing 15mm bore (dia) and Connections, segregating the Serviceable Pipes and Connections, stacking properly at Site(s) and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down Steel Tubing 20mm bore (dia) and Connections, segregating the Serviceable Pipes and Connections, stacking properly at Site(s) and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description slab, facia , chajjas , sunshade, chullah hoods,etc and in any position including cutting reinforced as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC overhead tank of capacity 500 to 1000 Litre including Dismantling and Removing the debris to outside of MD/AF area complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of Demolished Materials of Roof treattment to a distance exc. 1.50 KM but not exc. 5.0 KM and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks but except Bricks (Serviceable Bricks obtained from Item No.3 here-in-after ) including removing old Mortar, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cutting out cracks to V section in all existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over roof slab laid to slope finished even and smooth,roof kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plastering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls/Concrete Surfaces mixing with WPC as per Manufactures instruction, Plastered Surfaces finished Fair and Even, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : WPC shall be Measured and Paid for as ‘Supply only’ separately under appropriate Item.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound, conforming to IS and/or as approved, complete all as specified.

S&F 40mm Thick Brick Tiles jointed and pointed in CM(1:3) mixed with crude oil @5% by weight of cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 40mm Thick Brick Tiles jointed and pointed in CM(1:3) mixed with crude oil @5% by weight of cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Brick Tiles obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

M&L Chipping of unsound/weak Concrete Material from Slabs, Beams, Columns, etc. with Manual Chisel and/or by Standard Power Driven Percussion type with due care (without Serious Damage to the Slab) or of approved Make including tapering of all Edges, making Square Shoulders of cavities including Cleaning the exposed Concrete Surface and Reinforcement with Wire Brushes, etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts average thickness 25mm all complete including provision of necessary Formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cleaning of reinforcement from Rust from the Reinforcing Bars to give it a Total Rust Free Steel surface by using Alkaline Chemical Rust Remover of approved Make (Cera Rust Remover/Fosroc/Mosil Lubricants/Sikka/ Axrust4 Rust Remover) with Paint Brush and removing Loose Particles after 24 Hours of its application with Wire Brush and thoroughly washing with Water and allowing it to dry, all complete for Bars upto 12mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing mixing and applying of SBR Polymer of approved Make (Dr. Fixit/ Fosroc/BASF/Sikka or equivalent) modified Cement Mortar in proportion of 1:3 (1 Cement : 4 graded Coarse Sand with Polymer minimum 2% by weight of Cement used) 25mm average thickness in Two layers as per Specifications, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Measurement & Payment : The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm

Taking down existing Treatment of any thickness over RCC roof by scrapping/scrubbing/brooming down.,etc. Cleaning loose dust etc and removing debris to a distance not exc, 50 Meter, complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughning of surface of old concrete floor by picking sweeping slean and washing down with water to remove dust,debris.,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brushing Neat Cement Slurry with 3.0 KILOGRAM of Cement PER SQUARE METRE including Rendering 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 to maintain proper Slope over Roof Surfaces and mixed with Water Proofing Compound as per Manufacturer's instructions, finished Fair and Even, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : WPC shall be Measured and Paid separately as ‘Supply only’ under relevant Item.

M&L Applying Bitumen Primer @ 0.4 LITRE PER SQUARE METRE on Plastered Surfaces including applying APP based Polymeric Membrane minimum weighing 3.0 KILOGRAM PER SQUARE METRE and minimum 3.0mm thick reinforced with Polyster Non-wove Fabric (weight not less than 160 GRAM PER SQUARE METRE) laid on primed surface by Torch application method, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Applying Two Coats of Aluminium Paint applied on APP based Polymeric Membrane, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying Steel Water Tubing 15mm bore (dia), Galvanised, ‘medium grade’ with all Fittings, fixed on Walls, Ceiling or laid in Floors or any other situation, complete as all specified and as directed.

Supply & laying Steel Water Tubing 20mm bore (dia), Galvanised, ‘medium grade’ with all Fittings, fixed on Walls, Ceiling or laid in Floors or any other situation, complete as all specified and as directed.

Refixing old Steel Tubing 15mm bore (dia) and Connections (Serviceable Pipes and Connections obtained from Item No. 05 here-in-before) in new or old position (Walls, Ceiling, Floors, etc.) including cleaning both inner and outer surfaces of Pipes by using Wire Brush including provision of new GI Connections (as required/ ordered at Sites), complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old Steel Tubing 20mm bore (dia) and Connections (Serviceable Pipes and Connections obtained from Item No. 06 here-in-before) in new or old position (Walls, Ceiling, Floors, etc.) including cleaning both inner and outer surfaces of Pipes by using Wire Brush including provision of new GI Connections (as required/ ordered at Sites), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Rain Water pipe any size any pattern,PVC/AC pipe including all fitting,heads,bends etc including Removal to store , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110mm bore (dia) Soil, Waste and Ventilating Pipe, single socketed, in any length with Rubber ring Joints, including PVC clamp for fixing PVC pipes on walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110mm bore (dia), bends at any Radius,etc., jointing with Solvent Cement , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT Bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (12.5 mm gradded stone aggregate) in Chajjas,shelves,sunshade and similar items etc.,including Form works (as required) and smooth finishing at Top side using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement will be Measured and Paid for separately under appropriate Item.

M&L preparing New Plastered Surfaces of Walls by applying a Coat of Wall Care Putty including rubbing down with Sand Paper to obtain a smooth finish surface and applying Two Coats of Distemper Oil Emulsion (as approved) over a Coat of Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Complete Removal of existing Surface Treatment from Walls, applying a Coat of Wall Care Putty including Rubbing down with Sand Paper to obtain a Smooth Finish Surface and applying Two Coats of Weather Coat (in Camuflag/Plain pattern as per ordered) over a Coat of Primer as per Manufacture instructions), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rotational Moulded Polyethene Water Storage Tank 500 Litre Capacity, Cylindrical, Vertical with Closed Top, 3 layered, hoisted and fixed in Position all as specified in MES Schedule including dismantling/ lowering down unserviceable Water Storage Tanks, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L Rotational Moulded Polyethene Water Storage Tank 1000 Litre Capacity, Cylindrical, Vertical with Closed Top, 3 layered, hoisted and fixed in Position all as specified in MES Schedule including dismantling/ lowering down unserviceable Water Storage Tanks, complete all as specified and as directed. S&F Gun Metal Globe/Gate Valve 20mm bore (dia) with Iron Wheel Head, screwed both Ends for Iron Pipe and fixed-in-repairs, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : KIRLOSKAR/L&T/ LEADER/ ZOLOTO (as approved by GE).

S&F Ball Valve 20mm dia (minimum Weight 210 Gram), high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium Rod and high density Plastic Ball, screwed for Iron Pipe and fixed-in-repairs, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : PRAYAG / POLYTUF

M&L Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive SBR Polymer @ 10% of Cement weight modified Cementitious Bond Coat @ 2.2 KILOGRAM CEMENT PER SQUARE METRE of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved Polymer on chipped portion of RCC as per Specifications, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting Existing Tanks of capacity 500 to 1000 Liter setting aside ( or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in postion. NOTE: Cleaning, Repairing etc shall be measured seperately.
