Disconnecting of electric supply from star delta starter of defective submersible pumping set and taking out pump set of capacity 50/40 HP with motor from bore well with the help of chain pully including column pipe,submersible cable and other accessories etc and relowering and commissioning and testing the same after repairing of submersible pump set straighting ring, jointing, welding, turning and polishing to pump shaft any size CI/GM impeller CI bowl, making key with key way & other replacement of worn out parts with new on laths & other any type of machine work is reqd at site including replacement of 5/8" nuts & bolts rubber gasket of column pipe fixing of spares and reassembling pump set complete after repair connecting & testing complete all as specified & directed. Material & Labour for cleaning to over head tank capacity 50000/75000 gallons of 50/60 mtr height with following methods and as directed by Engr in Charge. (i) Draining out the water from tank. (ii) Taking out the mud/sludge and deposits as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Cleaning and scraping out the inside surfaces with brush completely. (iv) Washing by the bleaching power and dewatering the same. (v) Lime washing to inner surfaces of the tanks. (vi) Rewriting the tank cleaned date and due date by white paint on black painted surface complete all as specified & directed.

(iv) Washing by the bleaching power and dewatering the same. (v) Lime washing to inner surfaces of the tanks. (vi) Rewriting the tank cleaned date and due date by white paint on black painted surface complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour in repair of rusted & crack CI/DI water branch connection 150 to 300mm dia by using mechanical joint with connecting all accessories complete all as specified & directed.. Note : (i) Cost of gasket and nut bolts ,washers'jointing of materials as required are inclusive in above job. (ii) Required T&P for job is provided by the Contractor is deemed to be included in the item rate. (iii) Excavation for pipe is included in job Work.

Material and labour for 50mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/PCC path, and paving, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, joint filled with bitumen and sand mixture applied hot (area not exceeding 1.20 sqm ) ,complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Cast Iron water butterfly valve 80/100 mm dia flanged manual type and nut bolts and necessay parts complete all as specified & directed..

Material & Labour 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path,paving etc finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thickwalls built in cement mortar 1 :4 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Foot valve with flanged ends with nut-bolts and rubber gasket suitable for pipe of size 100 mm including taking out the unserviceable foot valve from the pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for brick masonary valve pit of size 1200 x 1200 x 1200mm dimensions, one brick thick valve pit of following internal dimension with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet cover, with 35x35x6 mm stiffner welded diagonally on angle iron frame cover of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame and locking arrangements incl two coats of first grade synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on surfaces, earth work and PCC in foundation (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregete 150 mm thick, PCC in coping on top (1:2:4),Type B1 using 20mm graded stone agregate 100mm thick including rendering 15mm thick and two coat of white wash on exposed surfaces on external wall above ground level incl demolition of old unserviceable existing one complete all as specified & directed.

Dewatering the Raw water sump of capacity 1.5 LG by any means and removing the mud, silt, dirt etc and scrapping all arround the inner wall and bottom of the tank by scrubbing with steel wire brush, washing with clean water and applying two coats of white lime wash on the internal surface of the tank complete all as specified and directed. Note: Raw water tank will be available for cleaning 4 to 6 hrs everyday dewatering pump set shall be provided by the contractor and water sump should be cleaned complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for scraping the existing paint by using wire brushes and sand paper etc and preparing the external surface and applying two coats of cement base paint on UG sump at babyal booster Qty-03, Harding line booster Qty -01,CWL booster Qty-01,Regimental booster qty -01 complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of old surfaces of CI/DI/GI pipe 100 to 20 mm bore by removing old paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on all external surfaces of CI/DI pipe for rising supply, overflow and washout 100mm bore vertical length including necessary scaffolding and other arrangement required for painting complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting/removing of bushes/small trees/vegetation growth upto a distance of appx 50 mtr around the UG sump,OHT,Pump house not exc 30cms deep incl drains all around the plant incl rough surface leveling/cutting,filling upto 12" height/ depth all around the plant and burning at a distance of 50mtr (minimum) in the presence of Engr-in-charge including sprinkling the round up chemicals for drying/killing the bushes,shrubs etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing iin replacement garden LED light 12 watt of canopy shape with GI pipe of 1.5 RM and necessary PCC 1:2:4 work complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion & making good disturbed ground embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc.for fixing of new fencing post complete all as specified & directed.
