AMC to the Cummins make DG Sets available in Vishnunivasam Rest house in ESD-West, Tirupati for Three (3) years 2026-27 to 2028-29

AMC of Cummins make D.G Sets available in Dy.Exe.Engineer-West/Elec, Tirupati for a period of Three years which includes Engine and Alternator with the following scope of works.

AMC Charges towards servicing and maintenance of 750 KVA DG Set

Location: VISHNU NIVASAM REST HOUSE GENERATOR ROOM

AMC Charges for 1st year

AMC Charges for 2nd year

AMC Charges for 3rd year

NOTE:- Inspection of D.G.Sets individually Scheduled 12 visits in a year Detailed Scope of Work:- General Scheduled Scope * B & C Checks maintenane as per maintenance norms * Scheduled/ Preventive Maintenance visits as agreed in the Contract General Engine Performane Checks: * Diagnosis of fauts Recording in the Log books for visits made, workdone,updating of next preventive maintenance check, visit dates, hours and due on etc. Lube system Engine Oil Replacement in B & C Checks Checking for proper functioning of sensors and safety controls in terms of checking the connections and terminals and visual inspections Checking of Lube Oil Pressure. Air System and Exhaust Cleaning of air filters and changing them if required, Compressed dry air provision should be provided by 'CUSTOMER' Checking for proper condition of Hoses and Clamps Checking for proper condition of Vacuum indicator. Checking of any Exhaust leakages Checking visually the exhaust smoke (Level/Color) Checking of Rain Caps Cooling system Checking and adjustment of belt tension-fan and water belt. Checking of Coolant concentration and top up if required

Checking of radiator cap/ Raw Water Strainer where provision is available Checking the condition of Hoses and Clamps Checking for the proper functioning of sensors and safety controls by checking the connections and terrminals and visual inspection. Any visible coolant leakages to be arrested- the hoses/clamps/any part as required doing as arranged by the 'CUSTOMER' Fuel system Checking of the condition of Hoses and Clamps Checking for any fuel leakage and arresting them Checking of the fuel tank Breather Draining of water from water separator fuel tank (as applicable) Checking of fuel level indicators

Engine controls and Starting system Wire connections and proper functioning of self starter Checking of wire connections and proper functions as charging alternator/charger Checking for proper functioning of the instruments on the dash board / PCC Base Alternator General cleaning of alternator with a hand blower once in a year Checking of the wiring system for any loose and dry connections. AVR Adjustment, if required and Tightending of terminals Miscellaneous Checking battery charger Checking proper functioning of the meters and selector switches
