Sub Head - I (EI & Fans) Operation and Running Maintenance of the Electrical installation & Fans and related L.T Panels, Rising mains, DB's, Compound Lighting, Street Lighting, Sports light and all switch gears etc installed at site i/c cleaning of same and as per scope of work and terms and condition attached:- A) Staff deployed for Main Building i/c Sundays and Holidays i) Wireman: 2 Nos. (01 No. in each shift i.e. 06 AM to 02 PM & 02 PM to 10 PM) ii) Khallasi:-2 Nos. (01 No. in each shift i.e. 06 AM to 02 PM & 02 PM to 10 PM)

Sub Head-II (Sub-Station I) Operation and Running Maintenance of Main Substation comprises of 3X1250 KVA Dry type Transformer, H.T Panel, L.T. Panel, 380 KVA DG Set, 3X410 KVAR Capacitor Panel, 2X300 KVA UPS, ACB/MCCB, Bus Ducting and all other switch gear etc. installed for main sport complex including cleaning of same and as per scope of work and terms and condition attached:- Staff Deployed for Sport Complex Sub-station (Main Substation) i/c Sundays and Holidays i) Wireman :- 3 Nos. (Round the clock), 1 No. in each shift) ii) Khallasi :- 1 Nos. In General Shift

Operation and Running Maintenance of Turbine Substation which comprises of 2X2000 KVA Dry Transformer, H.T Panel, L.T. Panel, 2X605 KVAR Capacitor Panel, ACB/MCCB, Bus Ducting and all other switch gear etc. installed for HVAC, Turbine and street lighting including cleaning of same and as per scope of work and terms and condition attached:- Staff Deployed for Turbine Sub-station i/c Sundays and Holidays i) Wireman:- 2 Nos. (01 No. in each shift i.e. 06 AM to 02 PM & 02 PM to 10 PM) ii) Khallasi :- 1 No. In General Shift

Sub Head-III (Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System) Operation of Fire Fighting System in basement of Main Building including related electrical control panels, Valves and other associated accessories including cleaning and checking of all accessories of the system as per specification and scope of work and terms of condition attached. (NOTE: Fire Fighting Operator will oversee the operation of fire alarm system for balance period). Staff deployed at Fire Fighting Pump Room i/c Sundays & Holidays i) Fire Pump Operator:- 3 Nos. (Round the clock). ii) Khallasi :- 1 No.(In general shift).

Operation of Fire Control Room and alliend equipments installed at various locations in Main Building & Gas Turbine area including related fire alarm main panel, RI, hooter, heat detector, smoke detector, mannual call point and other related accessories including cleaning and checking of all accessories of the system as per specification and scope of work and terms of condition attached. Staff deployed at Fire Control Room i/c Sundays & Holidays i) Technician-cum-attendent:- 1 No. (In general shift). ii) Khallasi :- 1 No. (In general shift).

Sub Head-IV (Solar Power Plant) Operation and running maintenance of 1 MWp Solar Photo Voltaic Power Plant comprises of 1x1500 kva Transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel, 4x250 kw Solar grid type Inverter, PV Solar Panel 3640X280Wp,Array Junction box(AJB),Main junction box (MJB), Programmable Logical Control Panel with monitoring system (computer) Power Evacuation Arrangement Installed I/C cleaning of same and scope of work at Thyagraj Sports Complex at Thyagraj Nagar, New Delhi in all days i/c Sundays & Holidays as per Terms & conditions attached. A) Wireman Cum Solar Technician : 01 No. (In General shift) B) Khallasi: 01 No. (In General shift)
