Boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 700mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for bored piles of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

All as per item No 22 above but 5mm dia and over up to & including 12 mm dia as in helicals of pile reinforcement including rings and necessary tack welding to pile reinforcement at all points of contacts.

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 700mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 900mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed..

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep or area not exceeding 10 sqm on plan in soft/loose soil including bailing out/pumping out water on account of spring/rain or any other causes using any method as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for pile caps/plinth beams,raft foundation etc all as specified and shown on drawings.

Excavation over areas n exc 1.5m deep in soft / soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5m n exc 3m deep in soft / soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in around pile cap, plinth beams, raft foundation etc using excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m deposited whereever dircted at a level not exc 1.5 m above starting point .

Formwork to sides of pile caps , grade beams rough finished surface of concrete flat all as specified .

Conducting standard penetration test(SPT)all as per IS 2131 at levels and locations as directed for bored pile of any dia.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION:

Supply and fix Ceiling fan 1200mm sweep copper wound having minimum Air delivery 210(m3/min)and minimum service value4(m3/min/w) , including fixing of down rod and connecting up complete with and including three core flexible PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose/ connector to fan all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix LED Tube light 1X22 Watt universal battern type with and including connecting 3 core 1sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor color of sleeve matching to fitting and connecting frpm ceiling rose to fitting. complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for 15cm thick (compacted thickness) WMM,with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size),spread ,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using granite,trap or basalt complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL:-Supply and lay DWCPE (SN8) 180 mm dia pipes laid and jointed complete with collars etc all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying alaying jointing testing and commisioning of DI pipes confirming to IS 8329 with spigot/ socket joints centrifugally cast class K-9 length laid in trenches/ walls including along with one set rubber gasket for joining each length of pipe (EPDM gasket confirming to IS 5382/ 1985) and connecting up of DI pipe size 150mm (6") dia size complete all as specifired and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for connecting to existing CI/DI pipe line by cutting and making necessary provisions for inserting of 150 mm DI Pipeline incl testing complete as directed.

AVIATION OBSTRUCTION LIGHT:-Supply and fix aviation obstruction light BGAV302 LED aviation light Bajaj make or equivalent in Philips/Wipro integral inside weatherproof enclosure with astronomical timer switch single module and one 10A MCB SP 230 VOLTS FIXED IN A DOUBLE DOOR WEATHER PROOF ENCLOSURE and incl making necessray connections and setting of time switch to suit local conditions. complete all as specified and directed.

STANDBY DG SET:-Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 125 KVA, water cooled, 415 Volts(AC Three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet , outlet return inlet oil arrangement, Anti-corrosion coated exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Kochi. (Capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation( of suitable size leaving at least 0.6 M all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height), all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and Comprising of followings:-

(ii) ALTERNATOR: Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 125 KVA Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine.(iii) BASE PLATE: made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications.(iv) AMF CONTROL PANEL: Factory made cubicle type floor mounted LT Panel board, indoor type made out of MS angle not less than 40X40X5 mm, and 2 mm thick MS CRCA sheet , front opening type protection class IP-54 , duly powder coated after seven tank process with electrolytic grace copper bus bar of 400 Amps capacity for four poles, with all standard switchgear and protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable etc and also consisting of followings:-

(v) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and ox, 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371(E) dt 17 May 2002.(vi) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m Space should be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M. (vii) External cubicle Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of Gen Set. (viii) MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.

(d)Type of operation shall be single automatic push button type. (e)Type of control-16 bit micro processor variable voltage and variable frequency (V3F) (f)Type of signal system-Hall button with digital hall position indicator digital car position indicator in acr fixtures in stainless steel face plates.(g)Minimum Size of clear entrance opening of car for passenger lift shall be as per IS with automatic center opening.(h)Minimum Size of car for passenger lift shall be as per IS.(j) Automatic rescue device battery operated to bring the car cage to the nearest floor level and auto opening for evacuvation of passengers in the event of power failure. Capacity of ARD battery should be suitable to perform minimum three rescue operation.(k)Earthing shall be connected with suitable size copper earth wire from earth plate to control panel in machine room.(l) Pit Ladder,(m) Hand rail 50mm dia SS 316 L,14 Guage and Looking mirror 5 mm thick of size 3 ftx3ft (LXB) Make : Saint Gobin/ Atul/MODi or equivalent manufactures listed in list of manufactures.

(l)RCC/PCC foundation all as specified and directed complete with nut and grouting plates etc.(m)Provision of hoist way and governors rope and governor.(n)Provision of new buffer spring as per manufacturers design(o)Provision of battery operated alarm and emergency light through inverter of suitable capacity having power pack up for a period of minimum 30 minutes.(p)Drive-Geared with machine frame fixed in the machine room.(q)Over speed governer monitors the speed and triggers safety gears etc shall be installed in the machine room. Safety Measures:(i) Overload relays (ii) Contactors and fuses.(iii) Electrical terminals high quality (iv) Limit switch with accessories on each doors/cage. (v) Gravity/counter weight limit switches for top most position. (vi) Break motor of suitable size with manned released arrangements.(vii) Phase sequence corrector.(viii) Lift shall match with the standard as specified in IS-14665, (ix) mirror polished 12mm thick black granite facing at entrance of door and at cill and at lintel level, 40cm wide all as specified and as directed. (viii) Provision of shaft wiring for light and sockes for maintenance at each landing.

All as per Item No 103 above but lift of 13 passenger (884 Kg) with a speed of 1.5 Mtr/Sec.

Supply, laying and testing cable fixed on wall/ pipe XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core on walls/floors/roof etc with suitable clamps as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB with thermal /magnetic release of 4 pole 40 Amps, 16 KA in and including sheet steel. The enclosure shall be wall mounted with and including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and stacking of good earth suitable for grassing free from cods, stones, roots and other unserviceable materials all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and stacking of good sand suitable for grassing free from mud, organic impurities and other unserviceable materials all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and stacking of organic manure suitable for grassing free from unserviceable materials all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for preparation of land by mixing, spreading and levelling of good earth sand and manure as per ratio 15:4:1 including carriage from mixing yard to place of spreading as on requirement all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and planting of Mexican grass (by dibbling method @ 7.5cm apart) over prepared surface with adequately developed root after providing antitermite treatment to the prepared surface including replanting of dead grass, regular maintenance such as watering, de-weeding, mowing, rooting and manuring with organic manure and neem cake and insecticides an fungicides sprayed as and when required till the end of maintenance period of one year all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFT:- Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated gearless passenger lift through OEM for 884 Kg (01 No) & 544 Kg (01 No) capacity lift- (ie total 02 Lifts ) to serve ground plus ten upper floors all as mentioned in relevent items of this BOQ complete all as specified and as directed for First year after expiry of defects liability period.
