1. I/We have gone through the terms & conditions as stipulated in the tender enquiry document and confirm to accept and abide the same.

2. No other charges would be payable by the Institute.

3. L1 will be decided based on the total composite cost (Section A) for 15,000 each of the 3 standard TTI tests (HBsAg, Anti-HCV, HIV 1&2 Combo) as specified in Annexure-I, Clause 12. Optional tests in Section B are for rate capture only and are excluded from L1 evaluation.

* Optional tests: Orders may or may not be placed depending on departmental needs. Free validation/back-up tests as per Annexure-I, Clause 13.

** HBsAg Confirmatory: If not available on the bidder’s test menu, leave blank. Non-availability shall NOT be a ground for disqualification.
