M&L MS works as in framed work such as grills gates, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes and similar works conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops,hand-made sliding bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only chain link fencing MS galvanized fencing any size or type fixed to RCC post including securing or tying with GI MS wire stape etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 15 cm but not exceeding 22.5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel round bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, for strengthening of chain link fencing including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to GD-I. IS-432 (Part I) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanized steel barbed wire with two strands of line wire of dia 2.24 mm and barbed with point wire of dia 2 mm at 75 mm spacing straining and fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised iron binding wire, GI staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed (two strand of line wire will be measured as one unit).

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC.) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel gate/Shutters of any description exc 2 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Welding in repairs exc 2.5cm but n exc 5cm in length thickness of metal to be welded exc 20mm but n exc 25mm,including refixing the same complete all as specified and as directed (Note: Welding machine and rod is included in this item, the site is spread in wide spread area, Contractor must quote the rates accordingly)

S & F MS steel work in /rectangular trusses/angle and posts/purlin including special shaped washers etc., complete using but welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded St 240 with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint as in gates post purlin etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plate plates rails braces etc complete drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering materials or welding complete all as specified and directed including fixing, complete all as specified and directed.
