S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, facia and fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer n.exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries. rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shapedwasher etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes,without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of new surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and appliying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall & celling boards (fiber pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets of any thickness, including cover fillets.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including hangers 6mm dia GI adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. Flat 40 X 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasterns 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8 mm thick exposed metal frame ceiling with Calcium silicate board of liceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid Both side laminate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC Nominal mix type B-1 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bar 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffit of floor or roof beams beam haunching ,girders,lintels,cantilever,shelves incl supports ,overhangs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, with best quality locally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt stone etc, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mat finish/ glossy premium quality Joint free (edge cut) coloured/printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile 600 x 600 /1200 mm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of Granite/ Kota stone slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking plateform, and other similar situation.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in leveling course of flooring & roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L out door heavy duty full body vitrified tiles of any shade (as approved by GE) 600x600x15mm fixed with spacers over 6mm thick high polymer modified grey cement based tiles adhesive and grouted epoxy grout over and including 15mm screed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size (shape as approved bt GE) laid in path,porch,hard standing or flooring etc conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate laid in alternative bays area not exc 2 sqm each as in plinth protection laid to slope of 1 in 12 including finishing the surface even & fair & filling the joints (6 mm wide) with mastic filling i.e one part of bitumen 85/25 or VG-30 and 3 parts of sand by weight complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old drapery rod of any type with end brackets complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II:- Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Point wiring for one light point controlled by one way switch with cable of size 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable multi strand PVC insulated FR-LSH (unsheathed) concealed type, drawing in and including PVC conduit 25mm dia having wall thickness not less than 2mm with sunk cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.2mm thick sheet including one coat of red oxide primer on internal and external surface including cover plate for required module for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc controlled by one, one way switch, including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated FR-LSH copper conductor continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old unserviceable exhaust fan to be deposited in MES store yard.

supply and fixing celling fan 1200 mm sweep power 53 W RPM 380 Air delivery 220CMM with downrod, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing temper proof electronic meter (with Backlit LCD Display) accuracy class 1.0 (ISI Marked), three phase, 3 wire, 240 volts (+) 20%, (-) 40% of capacity 10 to 60 Amps (Measures & Displays kWh, V, I, KW, six months history of Energy & MD in kW), 50 Hzs, anti temper proof features as specified including necessary sealings and connection with suitable size of PVC insulated copper cable multistrand with appropriate size of copper lugs at no extra cost including carefully, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old unserviceable energy meters to be deposited in MES store yard.

Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level, connected to 4mm dia galvanized iron wire as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel complete with 15mm dia light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel including char coal dust, salt, PCC 1:2:4 in pit with precast RCC M-15 cover reinforced with XPM not less then 4.00 Kg per sqm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, returning filling in complete as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screend PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm x 4 Core, laid in trenches or passing through pipe including taking down of existing cable/service connection of any type or size and removing from site to MES store for reuse if serviceable or for credit complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m deep for laying cables, foundation of poles, stays etc and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to be distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable (10 cm punned thickness above the top of the upper most cable, total 18 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub class 'B' brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to length of the brick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm dia bore GI tubing (light grade) with all fitting laid in trenches or along pole/bldg or under road crossing and protection pipe or fixed alongwith wall/pole with necessary clamp nut bolt and washer, complete all as specified and directed.
