Providing and applying primer coat with medium setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with medium setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) For Road Work

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam using crushed stone of Grade-II aggregate with batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade (VG-30 Grade) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respects as per clause No. 505 & Section 900 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) &including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
