Note: Overlap shall be provided as specified by the manufacturer.

S & F in repairs pre-painted Galvalume steel Plain Sheets and thickness 0.50mm [Galvalume base-PPGL Sheets], having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing cut to length & bent to shape, girth sheets fixed with aluminium self tapping screws and neoprene and EPDM washers of suitable size in roof covering / cladding / eves trim/ rake trim and closure trim / valley rain water gutter / down spouts and top rafters etc. complete all as specified. Note: Overlap shall be provided as specified by the manufacturer.

S & F in repairs 4mm thick translucent Acrylic Sheet, plain or corrugated, as in roof covering, cladding to wall, ridges, hips, drip and straight flashing, etc. fixed with aluminium self tapping screws, neoprene and EPDM washers of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Overlap shall be provided as specified by the manufacturer.

S & F in repairs 12mm thick translucent multiwall polycarbonate Sheet, any coulour, as in roof covering, cladding to wall, etc. fixed with fixed with aluminium self tapping screws, neoprene and EPDM washers of suitable size including provision of necessary caps, eaves fillers, tapes, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Overlap shall be provided as specified by the manufacturer.

M & L for cutting out to "V" section along the existing cracks/ joints of roofs or terrace, walls, cills, jambs, etc., cleaning out, wetting, grouting with silicon sealant of approved make and making good the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing Plants with roots by chipping Walls / Beams / Junctions of Vertical Stacks / Water Supply lines or at any other location as directed, applying recommended chemical to prevent growth or plants and making good the disturbed portion with Cement Mortar 1:3 or with PCC 1:2:4, Type B0 [using 12.5 mm graded aggregate] and painting the surfaces to match with existing treatment / finishes and removing debris to a distance exceeding 1.50 KM but not exceeding 5.00 KM complete all as directed.

M & L for One coat of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer on old painted Walls/ ceilings, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) The contractor shall carryout Weather proof Exterior Emulsion Painting under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only.
