Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not other wise specifically provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, shelves, cover slabs (manholes etc) and similar articls with plain faces, set in cement morat 1:6 with and including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking bending spiray for hooping for colums, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed)not less then 0.9mm dia complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 1 : 3: 6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for surface channels and drains all as specified

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement ,including forms ,moulds ,mitred /stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Add or deduct from Item No 6 for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30 cm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick masonary or cement block masonery built in cement mortar all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L precast cement concrete block masonarywith solid blocks ,exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggragate)all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified

Opening manhole of septic tank remove night soil and sediments including liquid by mechanical pumping into tanker lorry having cleaning internal surface with water and re-fix the manhole covers, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Volume of the manhole will be worked out based on the depth or actual depth of sludge, whichever is less. (ii) Water shall be procured by the contractor for cleaning purpose.

M&L opening intercepting chambers of size 1.50 x 1.00 mtrs, remove night soil and sediments including liquid by mechanical pumping into tanker lorry, cleaning internal surface with water and taken away night soil & sediments from the respective vicinities on coverred conveyance and dispossed off outside MoD land complete all as directed. Notes :- (i) Volume of intercepting chamber will be worked out based on the depth or actual depth of sludge whichever is less. (ii) Water shall be procured by the contractor for cleaning purpose.

M & L for cutting onto existing man holes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete for 100 mm bore pipe, all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) pipes, 110 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in bed to drain pipes of 110 mm bore, including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm single socketed, in any length with solvent cement joints fixed to walls including PVC stack clamps complete all as specified.

-Ditto -all as per item No 17 above but 75 mm dia

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick or stone walls etc incl racking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:4, and making surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering plaster 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 as backing coat and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as floating coat, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid waterproofing compound all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning (mechanically)of sewage line/effluent drains 150/110 mm dia and disposing off the sludge outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Removing the chokes in drains of WC/bath room/kitchen upto 1st manhole including cleaning of gully traps in single storey/ground floor of multi storeyed buildings, all as specified and directed.

Removing chokes in drains of WC/bath room/kitchen other than ground floor all as specified and directed.

Destruction of growth of weed plants with roots level on wall/ roof of building any height with weedicides such as 'Round up' manufactured by Excel Chemical Industries and sprayed in and around roots and the place of possible growth of weeds as per manufacturers instructions and making good the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) In case of plants that has tree like growth, the plants shall be cut very near the roof/wall and rest treated with chemical solution. (ii) Area after treatment shall be cleared of all debris, branches, dead plants etc.

Cleaning the existing covered drains (after removing the RCC covers) of width exceeding 250 mm and not exceeding 500 mm by clearing all rubbish silt and vegetation (Average depth 150 mm)removing and depositing the debris to a distance not exceeding 150m and refixing the covers to its original position complete all as specified and directed
