Providing and laying cement based Indian type

waterproofing treatmemrnt inclusive of cleaning the

slab/floor by wire brush and drench the slab with

water and applying cement slurry with Sika Latex in

required proportion including cleaning , roughning

and opening the cracks in 'V' groove pattern and

filling the same with C.M (1:1) on slab/floor and

providing and laying 25 mm thick layer of C.M (1:2)

mixed with waterproofing compound of 'Sika" make

in given proportion, providing and laying best quality

, well burnt brick bats(minimum size of brick bats

4 40mm) tightly and neatlyin C.M. in required SQM 850 1064.67

thickness to get proper slope and gradient at the

starting point i.e. centre of terrace or at starting of

gradient (minimum thickness of water spout should

be 65mm) and filling the joints with C.M (1:1) mixed

with above water proofing compound. Finishing the

surface with 20mm thick CM 1:2 and china mosaic

tilling and finally finished the surface with trowel

white cement slurry. After finishing the whole terrace

shall be flooded with water for a period of two weeks

etc. to work at all height complete as per instructions.

Providing and applying one component Polyurethane liquid

membrane type waterproofing treatment including Surface to be

waterproofed will be dry concrete and shall be clean, sound and

free of all contaminants which may interfere with adhesion or

proper curing of the membrane. If release agents are present,

they must be removed prior to the application of Smartcare

Hypertron Hybrid. It shall be thoroughly free of laitance, scales,

oil or any other loose material. It should be made free of any

sharp objects. Cleaning shall be done with mechanical grinding

to attain smooth levelled surface.Cracks shall be rectified and

filled. The tensile strength of the substrate shall be minimum 20-

25 Mpa and also the substrate moisture should be less than

waterproofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane,

cold applied of spray /brush applied, membrane with an

elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7 N/mm2 as per

C1305, no leakage upto 7 bars of water pressure as per DIN

1048, shore A Hardness of 80 The system includes final base

preparation, water based primer and applying SmartCare PU

Magnum or approved equivalent in two to three coats to achieve

a min. thickness of 1.2mm, etc.complete as per manufacturere

give this Guarantee on Rs. 300/- stamp paper.

Providing and wet drilling accurate and clean holes of

specified diameter in RCC walls, slabs, beam or any

other RCC member without vibration by core cutting

(diamond drilling) machine of HILTI or equivalent

including scaffolding, safety majors, disposing the
