Excavation in trenches for under ground cable n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil including forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying common burnt old size sub class B bricks locally availble as in cable protection, laid length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for riddle sand for cushning to under ground cable in layers ( 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified & directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured for payment.

Material and labour for road cutting in metalled roads not exceeding 30cms wide and 30cm deep & making good the disturbed surface by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B- using 40mm graded aggregate making good after laying/passing the pipes complete all as specified and directed (Unit rate shall be inclusive of Earth work if required).

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of poles, foundation filling & mass concrete,complete all as specified and directed

Supplying laying & fixing along the poles/walls or passing through pipes or laid in trenches under floor or through walls etc jointing and testing LT Cross Linked Polythene Insulated (XLPE insulated) galvanized steel strip armoured electric cable, 1100 volt grade heavy duty with aluminium conductor overall served with an outer sheath of PVC complete of size 10 Sqmm 2 Core including taking out old unsv UG cable complete all as specified & directed Note for Item No 8 & 9 :- Excavation, earthwork, Sand Cushioning, Cable covers, Pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid for separately.

Supply & fixing 50mm bore, GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with fittings laid in trenches or on pole, fixed to wall or ceiling or floor or trenches for protection of cables with MS clamps (if required) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & fixing for thermoplastic cable junction box IP 66 of size 130 x 180 x 77mm, halogen free and weather proof for out door installation( with knockouts for cable entry ) complete all as specified and directed Make : HENSEL Cat part No KF1010B or equivalent in manufacturer in Appendix 'C'

Supply and fix in repair Intelligent smart LED gate light 40 Watt with Dusk Dawn sensors that automatically switches on when ambient Lux Levels go below ~40 Lux and switches off at Lux levels above ~50 complete all as specified and as directed Make - Shakti Cat Part No SZPGUMX040-DDS or equivalent in manufacturer in Appendix 'C'

Note : (1) Above rate including cable connector and necessary nut and bolts etc for mounting the pole (2) PCC foundation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately under respective items.
