Excavation in foundation trenches etectra in earth work in all kinds of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft and hard blasting and doing work in saturated soil, including chiseling or wedging out rock where blasting is prohibited, or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during dewatering, removal of slush and stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation with in all leads, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimeters) layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth/under floors in all depths including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering and removal of slush as required at site complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, Toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (un coursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement is to six sand is to twelve graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete work Grade M-20 (Twenty) nominal mix with cement contents not less than 320 kg (three hundred twenty) Killogram per cubic meter and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth etcetera and the like mass concrete complete as per HPPWD specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, Toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying damp proof course 50mm (Fifty millimeter) thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work and as required at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using Second class common burnt clay buildings bricks cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) in Super Structure above plinth level upto floor two level and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental, and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth complete as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In grating, Framed guards, bars, ledders railings, brackets & similar works complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of GST, Toll Tax, Sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government

Supplying and fixing wovenplains G.I. wire fencing of mesh 50mm (Fifty millimetre to 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetre) to any type of standard rails, strainging bolts. etc.including provision of binding wire, staples etc complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of GST, Toll Tax, Sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with Apex weather proof exterior emulsion paint of Asian paint or Nerolac Suraksha of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two or more coats) to give an even after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material incluing applying of putty as required for making the surface complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
