Providing, laying, jointing, grouting including fixing in position to backing, machine cut, fine chieseled dressed white Dholpur sandstone to pattern, design & details as per drawings or as directed butt jointed with a joint width not more than 2 mm and including preparing the backing to receive the stone work, white cement mortar mixed with pigment to match colour of stone for bedding & jointing,inc. providing machine drilled holes recesses, rebates for stainless steel attachments fixing in stones, as wellas making wedge shape pocket in masonary and filling concrete mixed with non shrink compound in pockets, providing moment joints, edge mouldings to shape and design, drip courses, tapered surfaces in sills, copping for slop etc., all as per specifications and as directed complete. ( Stainless steel attachments/ fixings, sealents and surface sealingsshall be paid separately all as required as per specifications, drawings and as directed complete for stone work in:Veneering/ cladding/ dado to walls, columns, beams, pilasters, facia, upstands, jambs, soffits of openings and beams, with grout mortar of thickness to be ascertained at site so as to achieve the true lines and levels, plumb, plains etc. subject to a minimum thickness of 20 mm for the grout mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 sand). including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Jalis/Screens Providing and fixing Pierced stone jalis/ screens up to 75 mm thick (Finished) as per design, carved on both sides with fine chisel dress finish with necessary rebates, recesses, projections, moulded edges, etc. in: rectilinear pattern with cement mortar 1:3 (lcement :3 sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1white cement: 2stone dust) with an admixture of pigment , matching the stone shade, jali slab including chamfers etc and as per specification, drawing and instruction of Engineer-in-charge.No mortar to be visible on the surface, complete.

Providing, Laying and fixing gang saw cut granite stones with machine cut edges, pre - polished and rubbed to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, design, details and pattern as per drawing, of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid in any pattern over 30mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with OPC cement fit joined with/ without groove, with white cement slurry , mixed with matching pigment to match shade of granite including all finishes, all as required, as per specifications and drawings and as directed complete no mortar to be visible on the surface in joints, the sample of the Granite stone to be approved by the Engineer - In - Charge including rubbing, polishing complete (Basic rate of Granite is Rs.4500/sqm) Flamed Red / Adhunik Brown 40mm thick

Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite of any colour, shade and size for kitchen platforms, vanity/ wash basin counters, window sills, fascias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 25 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels as directed by Architect and Engineer in charge.(Basic rate of Granite is Rs.4500/sqm) Flamed Adhunik Brown 40mm thick

Providing and laying solid sandblasted finish Granite stone in kerbs in required design and patterns, in linear portions of the building all complete as per the drawings over 30 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : 0.225(w) x 0.3 (l) x 030 (h)

Providing and applying two coats of approved quality transparent silicon paint (Polymer based) on exterior sand stone cladding, coping, grit finish surfaces at all heights, including scaffolding etc. complete as per manufactures specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The work to be done after six months and or after completion of Monsoon)

Providing and laying 75 mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40 mm thick nominal size including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and grouting with fine sand, including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
