All works shall be carried out as per public works department handbook and other specification of division or as Directed

CMC of Split AC,water cooler and water heater,agancy has providing Man power AC tecnician (Total 8 NOS) and Geyser

tecnician 2 NOS and Emeargancy Material as per HVAC condition.

All the columns in Schedule should be filled in ink and the total of the entries in the last column should be struck by the contractor

under his singature.

Rate quoted include clearance of site( prior commencement of work and at its close) in all respects and hold good for work under

all condition, site, moisture, weather etc.

To be continued on additional sheets, if found necessary.

Agency shall pay minimum wage scale as per government of Gujarat. (i.e. For current year G.O.G. Minimum

wage scale are shown as above. If the minimum wage scale change by government of Gujarat, Agency need to

pay accordingly.

Agency shall quote service charges in addition to minimum wage scale intender PART - B

Payment shall be made for every 3 months along with submittion of salary statement in the form of bank

statement and PF statement.(bill will not process if anything from above doccuments not submitted.)

All rates are inclusive of all taxes, duties & all government charges. No extra payment will be made in this

Rate quoted in part A shall not be unjustifiable. Such tender shall submit rate justification to the competent

CMC of Split AC,water cooler and water heater,agancy has providing Man power and Emeargancy Material as

per HVAC condition.

Dismantled item Amount will be deducted from bill as per R&B SOR on quoted item rates.
