Taking down carefully old unserviceable existing copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including teak wood battens or from existing conduits with all fittings, such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, sockets, lamp holder, fan regulators, sketch/brackets, light fittings (except tube light fitting) etc but excluding ceiling fan and removal of old material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors ceiling etc to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Contractor will provide suitable transportation for attanding daily basis complaint on site like Cycle/Motorcycle etc to each Electrician/helper with proper driving licence/halmet etc and keep permission of vehicle for inside premises by comptent authority. (c) Contractor will resposible forsaftey of the tradesman employ by them. (d) Contractor will provide equipment like tester, test lamp, Multi metre, cutting plier, screw driver, plier, electric hammer, drill machine, electrical wall cutting machine, wiring steel wire etc on his own arrangement for rectifying the complaint and also screw, nut, bolt, insulation tape as per site requirement and extra payment shall be made on this account. (e) Contractor fails to attend the complaints of normal nature within 24 Hrs and urgent nature within 2 hrs he shall be lavied penalty of Rs 500/- per complaint per day. (f) Nature of complaints either urgent or normal shall be decided by the Engineer-in-charge. (f)
