DG SETS :- Removing the existing BER 250 KVA DG Set from Shahpur Pump House complete including Diesel Tank, panel boards etc and transporting the entire plant machineries to AGE E/M Store Yard complete including hiring of transporting vehicle and hydra required to complete job complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The existing DG Set, Panel board, and other unwanted plinth / foundations shall be totally demolished to ground level and the debris shall be deposited where directed to make good the disturbed floor to match with the existing floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing BER 160 KVA DG Set from pump house No 1 complete including Diesel Tank, panel boards etc and transporting the entire plant machineries to AGE E/M Store Yard complete including hiring of transporting vehicle and hydra required to complete job complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The existing DG Set, Panel board, and other unwanted plinth / foundations shall be totally demolished to ground level and the debris shall be deposited where directed to make good the disturbed floor to match with the existing floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply install testing and commissioning Silent type water cooled Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts 250 KVA/nearest available higher size in KVA, 3 phase 0.8 power factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self exicited self regulated brushless AC generator including acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Hyderabad (Dundigal) and confirming to condition under IS 10002, 13364 Part I 1992, BS 5514/5000 with the following complete all as specified and as directed :- Note : The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all the derating factors as per relevant IS/BS Standards design.

Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 250 KVA/ nearest available higher capacity at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 5000, IS: 13364 Part I (1992) and shall be in position to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate. i) Insualation class - 'H' ii) Temparature rise Class - 'H' iii) Excitation : Self Excited iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with + 1%. v) Frequency regulation + 1%

Diesel Engine : - Adequate capacity of Diesel engine water cooled, multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection type to drive independently the 250 KVA alternator considering de-rating factor as per site conditons, directly coupled through flexible coupling, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant IS/BS specifications complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under :- i) Fly wheel with housing. ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts. iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven. iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of suitable dia with MS pipe medium grade with Turbo charger, Exhaust manifold. Silencer : Residential type v) Fuel System :- Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, fuel injection controlled by solenoid switch and governer for 1% speed /frequecy regulation, electrically operated or as recommended by OEM, with suitable fuel filters and connecting hoses. vi) Lub oil System :- Lubricating oil filter and tube circulated with suitablly integrated lubricating oil pump. vii) Air Intake System :- Air intake Manifold and air filter dry type. viii) Governer mechanical type

ix) Starting System :- Electric Self starter with and including battery charging alternator 12 Volts DC. x) Batteries :- Batteries of maintenance free of capacity 12 V, 180 AH or as recommemded by OEM complete with copper conductor multistranded leads of suitable length from self starter to the battary terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolyte all as specified. Start and stop push button Ignition key / Switch Radiator with blower fan & first fill of Corrosion inhibitor coolant coolant and oil xi) Generator Monitoring Panel : - Comprising of all standard items as per standard manufacturing, iginiton key switch and start / stop arrangement, indications for Engine parametes, hour run meter, RPM meter, Engine oil pressure indicator, water/coolant temperature indicator, Battery volt display. xii) Safety Controls : - Engine low lube oil pressure high water temperature and over speeding of engine. xiii) Coupling arrngement : - Flexible coupling xiv) Accessories :- AVM Pads built- in or separtely mounted to manufacturer base frames. xv) Base Frame : - Made out of ISMC of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predetermined holes as per manufacturer. xvi) MS/Steel flexible pipe line to and from the fuel tank to the DG Set. xvii) Battery Charger shall be provided as per manufacturer guidelines xviii) The DG Set shall comply to the emission limits requirement as per Govt of India, Gazette notification No bearing No 595 dated 11 Dec 2013 and No 167 dated 31 Mar 2014. The DG Set shall be complied with all test requirements as stipulated in the gazette notification. All relevant test results from NABL accredited lab shall be produced to GE.

Civil Works :- All civil works including PCC plat form and related foundations including for panel and equipments and making good of disturbed area during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth and size of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer however the height of the plinth shall be not less than 450 mm from the ground level. Note:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load resistive for testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be included in the above offer including fuel for testing 12 Hours.

Acoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 250 KVA/ nearest higher size available KVA DG Set. (i) Tested by NABL approved lab as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board. (iii) The generating set battery should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank should be inside the enclosure, however, the fuel storage shall be enough for 12 hrs continuous operation. If required contractor may arrange outside fuel storage capacity to achieve this (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows : - a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick. b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick c) Sound Insulation :- 60 mm thick rock wool(minimum density 64kg/Cum)/ fire resistance foam/puff or as per OEM recommendations to achieve desired decibel of sound level vi) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit. vii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. viii) The enclosure should be suitably internally illuminated by CFL/FTL/LED Lamp fittings. ix) The noise level should be 75 dB at 1m under free field conditions. x) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. Note :- (i) The complete DG Set shall be procured from authorised OEM of the manufacturer of engine. A certificate in this connection shall be submitted to the GE. (ii) Air circulation system to achieve desired inside temperature of acoustic enclosure, if required shall be provided as per OEM recommendation. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site as specified in PS and IS requirements in presence E/M Offr (IEM) detailed by Accepting Officer , all testing arrangements/ equipments shall be made available by the contractor for tests. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of lubricant oil, DHPP for 12 hours testing and final successful acceptance test. (v) Anything missed out above but technically required for efficient working of DG Set is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

AMF Panel :- AMF panel shall integrated with the DG set be made out of CRCA sheet 14 gauge powder coated dust and vermin proof totally enclosed and consisit the following: (a) Microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system consists of 16 Charactor 2 line LCD disply and to monitor operator interface, fault history, alternator data, Engine data, provision for service adjustement and caliberation of DG control functions, Engine controls,engine protective functions, alternative protective functions etc. (b) Instrument fuses and control wiring. (c) Indication lamps for Set running and load on. (d) Aluminium bus bar TPN for 600 Amps for RYB & 300 Amps for neutral complete for in and out terminals wiring with PVC insulated single core copper conductor multistranded wire of 1100 volts grade of suitable capacity including CTs etc. (e) 4 pole MCCBs 400 Amps, 35 KA adjustable type - 02 Nos for DG and Commercial supply control. (f) Digital type tamper proof energy meter with suitable CTs.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masionary with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortor/complete set in cement mortar 1:6 Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.
