Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful material for reuse and removing the debris within 50m. Lead

Dismantiling of lime concrete,cement concrete grade M10 and below including T&P and scaffolding whereever necessaery, sorting the dismantild material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 mt.

Earthwork excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil with all leads & lifts to proper section and profile including dressing and levelling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with all leads and lifts complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation ,loading,unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including stoney earth , gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from site as per the specification and as directed by the E.I.C within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete.

Filling of sand in F&P with all cost, conveyance & royality etc, complete

CC M15 with 20mm. Size hard broken granite chips & down graded of approved quality lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level,finishing the exposed surface smooth with ramming, curing etc. complete in all respect with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. M20 with 20mm. Size hard broken granite chips & down graded of approved quality lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level,finishing the exposed surface smooth with ramming, curing etc. complete in all respect with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding, and tying of HYSD steel rod of approved specification laying the grills as per approved design & placing in position including cost,conveyance and other taxes complete in all respect including all leads and lifts from bending yard to placement spot wit supplying of labour and T&P required binding wire 18 to 20 gauge for the work etc complete .( Weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment purpose.)

Providing smooth centering, shuttering for R.C.C. work in F&P including cost, conveyance,royalty & all taxes of materials including dismantling it after required period etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plinth in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming as directed by the Enginerr-in-charge for 100 cum

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly with extra lead and within initial lift including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm in size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Laying and fixing in position RCC NP3 hume pipe of 150mm diameter with collars jointed with cement mortar 1:3 including cost of pipe, conveyance charge and all taxes etc. complete
