Removing blockage of soil/waste pipe of any dia and cleaning the lines in between "Floor/Nahani trap to Gully trap and upto first man-hole" by mechanical means and washing down with water and removing the sludge and other material obtained for disposing outside MOD Area complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing blockage of soil/waste pipe of any dia and cleaning the lines in between "WC to 1st manhole" by mechanical means and washing down with water and removing the sludge and other material obtained for disposing outside MOD Area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of SWT of plan area exc 20 Sqm but not exc 100 Sqm and depth upto 3.50 m by taking out sludge and sludge loading to the cart/ lorry & disposing out side MD land including bailing out water by manually or by any mechanical means all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rate quoted includes bailing out water from SWT and removing sludge depositing out side MD land.

M&L for cleaning of existing sewage lines of any size by mechanical means and removal of blockage including taking out existing RCC cover slabs of manholes of any size without damaging the slab covers to facilitate cleaning and replacing back in original position & removal of debris/sludge to outside MoD area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of manhole of any description & size , removing sludge/semi solid sludge and any other foreign material with mechanical means & washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line all as directed, sludge obtained from cleaning shall be removed to outside MoD area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank and filter bed of capacity upto 50 to 100 users by removing sludge & accumulated solid/semi solid sludge and any other foreign material with mechanical means & washing down with water and removing the sludge and other material to outside MOD Area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm internal dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( ½ round or 3/4 Section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for and disposing off debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 100/150/200 mm internal dia (Salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) (internal dia) set in cement mortar including haunching and bed concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each hole n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surfaces in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel work Fe 290 (Gde E-165 ) Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins, Post etc where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; sheets, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and icluding a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling (except stone ), Jodhpur type, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- Old stones obtained from demolition shall be reused under this item.

M&L for filling of approved earth brought from out side MD land, deposited, spreading, levelling and well ramming of soil in layers n exc 25 cm including watering as required at a level up to 8 mtr from ground level as in Blast pens/Blast walls complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) :- Earth brought from outside MD land shall be measured in stacks voids will be deducted as per standard Engineering practice. Note (ii) :- Place/spot outside MD land for loading of soil shall be ascertained by the contractor at his own cost

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified including demolition and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, blocks for inserting hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 or fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching of manhole, surface channels, drains complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 40 to 50 mm thick precast RCC Jallies of type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of pattern as approved including precast frame, balusters, bressumers, kneelers, string courses fixing in any position with CM 1:4 including demolition of old jallies and thrown outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 30 cm inner girth fair finished drains or channels using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in floor, hardstanding complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair for PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed on walls including neccasary fixing MS clamps and nails complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, disposal off unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
