Excavation in foundations and trenches etc, in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth of foundations etc, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs, in all kind of soil in P.W. & J.W. 50 % Each I/C dewatering

Precast concrete block masonary ( including quion blocks jamp blocks, closer etc ) with solid concrete blocks of approved size made of cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size and down gauge) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth upto floor to level including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement: 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick and welded with angle iron frame of 30x30x5 mm so as to give a frame of fair finish including centring , shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

a) Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floorsetc. 200 mm in thickness.

b) Vertical surface such as such as wall ( any thickness parttions & the like i/c attached pillars buttresses plinth & string courses & the like.

Providing and Fabrication of water leak proof MS Gates 3.00 x 3.00 mtrs size with all accessories & capable to bear the necessory pressure of water.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement: 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement: 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.10 mtr) thickness atteched pillaster, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending and binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Laying, jointing and Testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube 100 mm dia (Light Class) horizontalally slotted pipe I/C flanged joint as per MS flange of table -5 confirming to IS 6392-1971 complete in all respect as per entiresatisfaction of Engineer in Charge. (Earth work to be measured and paid for seperately) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of Brass full way valve with wheel of approved make and relevent ISS complete in all respects including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing & Checking at site soil bearing capacity site development as specified by the Engineer in charge.

Main Stage

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of submersible pumping set of reputed make KSB /BS/Johnston/ Worthington / Sabar/ Oswal conforming to latest relevent BIS code. The pump should be fitted with free flow impellers of bronze /suitable alloy as per BIS 5659 or latest with up to date ammendments suitable for raw/clear water having greased packed bearings & shell with wound stator on motor side & with shaft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft conforming to BIS specifications. The pump shall be directly coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor of Kirloskar /NGEF/ Jyoti / Crompton make conforming to relevent BIS code with up to date ammendments totally dust & water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber chamber & grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand non vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor . The pump set should include water level guard, errection clamps, cable clips & depth gauge etc. & suitable for operation on data given below:- (Tender to be called for per Set )

TP voltmeter , ammeter, hour run meter phase indicating lamps with GSM based remote start / stop operation call / SMS for feedback regarding running of pumps & breakdown message, timer scheduling for fixed hour in a day, inbuilt protection agaunst over load / under voltage, dry run, single phase preventor , inbuilt GPS tracker, phase reversal configrable volt/current limits with a facility to access the system through minimum 10 nos authenticated moble nos complete in all respect, including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts, installation and testing at site with entirre satisfaction of Engineer Incharge ( all meter to be installed shall be digital )

Supply of Kirloskar /Kilburn /IVC /Fouress /Gled /BHEL/ Leader KSB make of suitable size cast steel double flanged sluice valve having size one size larger than the nominal dia of delivery of the pump or equal to dia of column pipe (in case of t/well) and capable of withstanding nominal seat pressure as mentioned in item No.12-(a) + surge pressurre conforming to API standards with up to date ammendments for delivery line of pump Class - ASA-300.

Supply of Kirloskar/Kilburn/IVC/Fouress/Gled/BHEL/Leader /KSB make of suitable size cast steel double flanged swing check type reflux valve having bye pass arrangement & size one size larger than the nominal dia of delivery of the pump or equal to dia of column pipe (in case of t/well) and capable of withstanding nominal seat pressure as mentioned in item No.12-(a) & Surge pressure conforming to API standards with up to date ammendments for delivery line of pump Class ASA-300

P/L suitable size copper PVC insulated armoured power three & half core cable conforming to BIS 1554 (Part I) -1988 or latest with up to date ammendments of Siemen/Gloster/ICC/EICO/National /IEC make from meter of HPSEB to circuite breaker & from circuite breaker to bus bar switch & starter (one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment/accessories such as thimbles,flexible pipe,solder,nuts & bolts,cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities. In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

P/L PVC jointless flat water proof cable as per BIS 694-1990 (latest with up to date ammendments) suitable for the pump sets offered from circuite breaker to motor & motor to starter including all other electrical equipments such as thimbles, flexible pipes, solder,nuts & bolts,cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches. The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

Errection of all equipment of both stage from s.No. 1 to 4 and 6 inclding cost of tees, bens, tapers and any other fittings required as per site conditions and as per direction of the Engineer Incharge.

P/L double loop earthing with copper plate 600x600x3mm thick electrode complete with material such as charcoal, common salt ,GI pipes,thimbles,nuts & bolts,digging of pits,GI wiring & 25x5mm copper strips of required capacity conforming to BIS 3043-1987 latest with up to date ammendments suitable for above motors & other electrical equipments.

Excavation in drain and channels etc in earth work for pipes up to all classification of earthwork such as pick work,jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming & dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring/struting, planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required stacking the useable /unuseable material/soil seperately & after laying, jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 CM layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & water & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unuseable material as directed with in all leads & lift including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night singles, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of the Engineer in Charge.

Laying, testing & commissioning at site in trenches following plain ended GMS Pipes of 150 mm diameter medium grade as under confirming BIS 1239-(Part-1)-1990 or latest with up to date ammendments, capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code, in random length of 5.50 to 6.50 Mtr. The pipe's ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable ( leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make & all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces,tees, bends manufactured from parent pipes etc. and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement i/c carriage in all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer in Charge. ( Earth work shall be measured & paid for Seperately)
