(c) After the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hot blown bitumen(85/25 penetration) confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface. (d) Provide polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, and laid by torch application method, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side lap 75mm. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3 Kg per sqm. APP membrane shall laid acorss the slop from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. (e) Apply a coat of high reflexive aluminium paint to minimize the heat absorption. Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed.

Fixture and driver should be BIS approved and R number should be mentioned on the top the LED driver having voltage band of 240 volt AC, CRI>70,life hours >50000, bracket mounted , having color temperature 5700K , THD<10% KV and also having surge protection in built on driver is min 5KV & external SPD of 10 KV outside the driver inside the fixture to prevent the fixture from non required SURGE. Driver should be equipped with over voltage short circuit & reverse polarity protections, driver must beconstant current & constant voltage based (CVCT) fitting should having system efficicency of more than 88 lumens/watt. Fixture should be equipped with secondary lenses for better distribution of light. OEM must have its own manufactureing facility in regards to this OEM must produce the necessary documents of its own manufacturing along with the details of testing equipement and the respective complete all as specified and directed. Make Crompton Cat Part No LSFO-250-CDL/60 or C&S Cat Part No. ORION-1.0/250W (LTEFI250WHPLED) or techincally and commercially equivalent model of Havells/Wipro/Bajaj as approved by GE. Note : (i) Contractor shall obtain LM 79 & LM 80 test report (Electircal, Photometry& Chromaticity) (from third party NABL lab only and inhouse NABL lab trest will not be considered) for the light fitting from the manufacturer before supply of material and submit to the department. (ii) A certificate of Gurrantee shall be submitted by the contractor for period 3 (three) years from the certified date of completion of work as a whole for repair/replacement of lamp & light fittings to GE. Atlernatively after completion of work contractror may furnished guarantee amount in the shape of FDR/BGB pleased in favour of GE. (iii) The manufacture LOGO shall be embossed into housing of luminaire. (iv) Luminarie shall be provided with all parameters mentioned above. (v) Make of LED chip should be cree, nichia, lumiled and osram.

Service cable flat or circular 4 Sqmm 2 core 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded alumn conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection, suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm dia GI suspension wire and drawn in and including medium grade non metallic rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia of wall thickness 1.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
