Lifting&Transportation of 500kVA transformer from Technopark 110kV substation, Phase III to outdoor electrical room at Technopark Phase III campus(aproax2km) through public road

Overhauling of 500kVA Oil type transformer including oil leak arresting, oil refilling, BDV Testing, Oil testing, repairing of gaskets etc. as per tender conditions.

Erection,Testing and Commisioning of the 500kVA oil type transformer including transportation charges and necessary alteration work for transformer with essencial modification works for civil foundation etc. as required. The transformer shall be commissioned by performing all standard tests according to IS 10028 & necessary rules as per KSEI standards

Dismantling of existing Transformer,cable end terminations(3C×150Sq.mm.&3.5C×185 cables) and relocation of Transformer to a location as specified by Technopark engineer(max distance upto 1km)

Spray Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats after cleaning .

Supply and erection of vertical and horizontal type cable trays and cable supports fabricated out of MS angles (ISA) and MS flats with sufficient width and spacing between successive cross members and supported at adequate spacing. The cable trays and supports shall be painted with two coats of Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of enamel paint. (Size as specified by Technopark as per site conditions)

Preparation of all drawings submitting and getting approval from electrical inspectorate by a Licensed A Class Electrical Contractor for the electrification of proposed modules, load additions and modification works which include current and past additions in the existing Transformer, DG, HT & LT panels, submitting of Completion certificates and arranging inspection, getting sanction and energization certificate etc, providing and fixing neatly Laminated Electrical schemes and layout for Thejaswini Substation
