Dismantling posts or struts any type and any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary etc, and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel angle or other section as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc

S&F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe-410 W (Gde E 250 Quality A)

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Fixing only chainlink fencing including line wires, any mesh any type to standrard rails, straining bolts etc, including provn of binding wire etc complete all as specified

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing , with 3 in 4mm dia wire,made upto matresses with mesh of size 50 x 50mm all as specified and directed

S & F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire

Supply only mild steel round bar of grade Fe-290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Welding in repair nexc 2.5cm in length , thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but nexc 9mm complete all as specified and directed.

Welding in repair exc 2.5cm but nexc 5cm in length thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but nexc 9mm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed complete all as specified or directed by the EIC

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick as in sub base to flooring including necessary form work complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick as in hard standing including necessary form work and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35Grade with grey cement and pigment including supplying ,spreading and levelling sand cushioning 25 mm thick

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed complete all as specified or directed by the EIC

S & F chequered, coloured cement concrete tiles 200x200x25mm size set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment as in floors, including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed a complete all as specified

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks,(old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish complete all as specified or directed by the EIC.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels/drains, and benching including finishing top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate in coping,kneelars,apex stones,bed plates,kerb etc water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and troathing including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M & L for returning filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cms in soil complete all as specified.

M & L for removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a chalk whitening over a plastered surface complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.
