Filling Gravel in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for filling, watering, ramming, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniroage charges.

Augering bore holes upto 300 mm dia and to all depths for cast-in-situ piles in loamy & clayey soils with out under reammers as per IS 2911-1980 and as per approved design and drawings including hire and all operational charges of machinery & Auger sets and all incidental & labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for Piles

Filling Sand in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH . The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for filling, watering, ramming, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniroage charges.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixer. All work upto plinth level including cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges

Supply and placing of the M 20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, centering, shuttering for finished item of work as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges. plinth beam

Painting ot New Walls with Two coats of Plastic Emalusion paint of Approved Brand and shade over a prime coat after throughly Brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered meterials cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges etc., As per S.S.911 and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work for external walls

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded. The rate including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire, labour charges for fabrication of grills, placing in position, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental Officer in charge of the work.
