Supply, erection testing & commissioning of CF Motor Pumpset and accessories with following specification

A). PUMP :- Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make Centrifugal pump set with SS impeller, SS shaft and CI pump casing with suitable type base plate with coupling ,foundation bolt and nuts etc complete and including providing suitable concrete foundation.The duty condition is as follows Discharge- 85 lps Total head- 55 mtrs

B).MOTOR :- Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make horizontal solid shaft foot mounted TEFC squirrel cage induction motor (90 Hp) suitable for the above pump set working 3 phase, 50 Hz , 415 V working in AC supply (RPM 1500) The motor shall confirm to ELFI/IS 325 including providing suitable concrete foundation etc . Flexible coupling shall be used for coupling the pump and motor

(C).STARTER :- Supply erction, testing and commissining of suitable rating ( Fully automatic ) starter for the above motor with over voltage and under voltage protection , single phase priventer , over load relay with motor protection relay complete

(D).CABLING WORK :- Supply, laying ,testing and commissining of suitable size XLPE cable for the above pump set from panel board to starter and from starter to motor

(E). EARTHING :- Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe plate earthing copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing to motor , starter, panel board etc as per IE standerd

(F).CAPACITOR :- Supply ,erection testing and commissioning duty APP capacitor for the motor get a power factor above0.95 . The copacitor shall confirm to IS 2834.

(G).VALVE :- Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked double flanged sluice and Non return valves with suitable pressure rating. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support especially for Non return valve

(H).SUCTION AND DELIVERY PIPE CONNECTIONS :-Supply and fitting of suitable size bes quality GI/MS pipe of thickness not less than 8mm for a total length of 10 meter suyitable for the above pump set and suitable size foot valve and connecting the suction pipe and valves with suitable flanges, nut and bolts, IR sheet etc complete and connecting the delivery side of the pump with valves and suitable specials to connect with the pumping main.

Maintanance for a peroid of two year

Supply and laying of suitable size XLPE cables for additional length beyond the initial supply of 10 m
