SITC of Machine Room / Machine room less passenger / Stretcher / Bed elevator confirming to IS:17900 - part I & II and having specifications as per A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and I
A. Doors : Centre/Telescopic opening Doors of 2100 mm height with frame made from Stainless steel grade AISI 304 2B solid (non-cladded) sheet of 1.5 mm thick in Hairline / Moonrock / honeycomb finish for car and all landing doors, The lift doors shall have 2 hour fire rating and 8 lacs cycle per year tested (with submission of necessary valid test certificate issued by NABL accredited or Independent test laboratory) with key holes and full length infared curtains and unlocking facility from outside.
B. Car : Lift car enclosure as per available lift well size and height 2300 mm made from Stainless steel grade AISI 304 2B solid (non-cladded) sheet of 1.5 mm, thick with Hairline / Moonrock / honeycomb finish with frame made from MS platform, bracing of adequate size with minimum safety factor of 5, with Toe Guard Apron, with necessary false ceiling with adequate LED lights, blower for ventilation, vinyl flooring or 20 mm recess for granite, Grab bars, mirror, emergency light ,emergency stop device, emergncy alarm, mechanical door safety, facility of auto/attendent mode. COP with SS face plate having metallic push buttons with Braille code & luminous indicator around button with FPI, scrolling UP/DN LED indicator & with / without attendant key switch, audio-visual alarm, Door closing/opening button, The lift car interior design shall be done as per the directions of engineer in charge.
C. Controller : Microprocessor/ PLC with VVVF and Regenerative Drive having closed loop control system, with IBMS compatible having necessary port. The controller shall have necessary protections such as overcurrent, overvoltage, over speed, overheat for all devices including lift motor and travel direction protection, protection for phase loss at input or output etc. various operation modes such as maintenance, change direction by attendant, full load bypass, VIP call operation, self levelling operation, call cancel facility, auto return to home landing, fireman evacuation operation, earthquake operation, door open/close operation from COP etc. The system can record information for minimum 30 latest faults, with real-time clock management and handheld keypad with LCD screen for view and setting of parameters. The control panel duly wired with proper size & strength, copper wire for power & control circuit, with provision for addition of floor/control card & allied accessories in IP-54 1.5 mm thick SS304 Enclosure
D. Motor : Lift Machine of Gearless PMSM of suitable kW with duty cycle of minimum 120 starts/hr (with submission of necessary valid test certificate issued by NABL accredited or Independent test laboratory), with Traction pulley, main hoisting flat coated steel belt / rope . OSG rope, travelling cable, electromagnetic brakes, entire assembly mounted on adequate size girders duly fixed on LMR floor/ shaft walls complete with main/diverter traction sheaves, suspension wire ropes/belts of adequate size & strength.
E. LOP : LOP with SS face plate having recess/surface push button box for all landings with scrolling UP/DN LED indicator having metallic push buttons with Braille code & luminous indicator around button with CPI, Lift car arrival & next travel direction audio-visual indication at all landings
F. Mechanical parts : adequate size 'T' section guide rails for car & counter weight with brackets fasteners, counter weight frame with necessary blocks, buffers with necessary support arrangement, MS pit ladder etc. erected with necessary steel work.
G. Other Features: Automatic rescue device with required SMF VRLA Batteries, Mechanical manual rescue device, Fireman controller having fireman switch at fire Landing, rechargeable battery operated LED emergency light in the car and along with alarm switch, Mechanical/Electronic over speed governor, Spring buffers/PU Buffers, voice annunciator, provision for CCTV, automatic car light and ventilation, false car call cancelling, Lanterns at landing,
H. Minor Civil works: such as alteration work if any necessary for erection of landing door frames and it's accessories e.g. sill, header, hole pass etc complete with plaster finish, civil work for erection buffers, erection of lift machinery, adequate size core cuts if required & scaffolding for erecting guide rails, providing and fixing steel girders/RCC work having adequate strength for mounting and hoisting lift machine, temporary barricades with caution boards at each landing to prevent accident during execution.

Providing & Fixing of Recessed/surface mounting heavy duty Vertical TPN Distribution board with Metal end box with provision of incomer suitable for 3/4 pole MCCB and SP / TP MCB up to 63 Amps. as outgoing ,made out from Galvanized steel / CRCA sheet , powder coated conforming to IS-8623-1 & 3 / IEC 61439- 1 & 3. complete with insulated 125/160/200/250 Amp. copper bus bar, brass neutral bars with shrouds, brass earth bar , color coded interconnecting wire set of suitable rating and din bar, door earthing arrangement, masking sheet, making internal DB terminations with copper lugs, ferrules, detachable gland plate, including making connections, testing etc. as required.
Double door IP-43 & IK-09 with Provision of Incomer MCCB up to 125 A Rating with Metal end box
SITC of 3 /4 pole current limiting Moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) made of flame retardent & heat resistant material having following current rating, short circuit breaking capacity at 440/415 V, 50 Hz; O/L & S/C settings , conforming to IS/IEC 60947 P -2 :2003 with front face and centralised adjustable, trip free mechanisum, true contact position indicator, designed for both horizontal & vertical mounting without any adverse effect on electrical performance, suitable for operation from 50 to 55 degree and without derating upto 40 degree, pollution degree 3, having positive isolation capability, push (test) to trip, trip time less then 10 ms under s/c condition, Breaking capacity Ics = 100% Icu. U imp =8 KV, rated insulation voltage 690V. provision for UVR , shunt trip , earth fault trip, door interlock, pad lock & rotary handle ( to be paid extra) , including making connections etc. as required. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA/ Intertek accrediated lab type test certificate.

SITC of Copper Bonded rod Earthing with high tensile strength (more than 600 N / sq.mm low carbon steel rod molecularly bonded with Copper thickness (250 microns) and confirming to UL 467 of following size and length and as per point mentioned (a), (b), [c), (d), (e) below :-
(a) Bore a hole of dia. 100 mm of required length, Place the rod in the centre of Hole
(b)Earth enhancing compound to ensure the moisture content and electrical conductivity, 25 kg for 3000 mm. The compound shall be tested form NABL accredited lab for low resistivity (less than 0.12 Ohm - meter) & high conductivity in nature with carbon as a major content in accordance with IEC 62561-7
© Connect the rod with copper Strip/Conductor/Wire with suitable clamp made from tinned copper and SS 304 Bolt
(d) Place Heavy duty weather proof poly-propylene earth inspection chamber as per requirement of IS/IEC 62305 and tested as per IEC 62561-5 with lockable Jam free lid suitable for safe working load 60 kN of round / square size 250 mm, and Height 250 to 300 mm.
(e) Testing of earth resistance for value of 5 ohms or less as required.
(f) Test certificates for confirming above standards from OEM is mandatory.

Supply & Laying following size earth strip in horizontal or vertical run in surface by means of Earth strip DMC Insulator including riveting/ soldering/ welding, Jointing shall be done by overlapping double the width of strip and with 2 set of Brass (for Cu strip) / GI (for GI Strip) nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50cm making connection etc. as required.
