Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 9 Mtr. high mast system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in single sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS:875. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, steel wire rope 6 mm dia (SS) with raising lowering system comprising, luminaries carriage suitable to install required 6 nos. of LED Light fixtures with its accessories in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, trailing cable, connector, junction box, lightening finial etc. The mast shall have an integral power tool motor, manual handle installed inside the base compartment for its operation. Work includes the installation of LED Flood Light luminiaries & LED type Aviation obstruction light & its wiring & connection complete and wiring material from junction box to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment and following accessories etc. as required as per the enclosed specifications etc complete as required:- a) Providing & fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template (as per OEM standard). b) Construction of foundation including Soil testing, design & construction of RCC foundation suitable as per IS 875 for wind velocity withstand capacity with all materials and labour as per manufacturers recommendations including excavation, backfilling and concreting with grade not less than M20/M25 as per the approved Foundation design, along with fixing of templates, foundation bolts, trailing cable with plug and GT connector with all required accessories, terminations, connection etc. complete as required as per approved lighting design scheme, foundation drawing and tender specifications.

Supply of Flood light LED fitting with minimum output of 14250 lumens and wattage not more than 150 W, suitable for 230V Single Phase AC supply, 50Hz, PF>0.95, CRI>70, CCT 4000K, Life of fitting not less than 50000 hrs complete as required. Luminaire should have high pressure die cast Alminium/standard alloy housing with surge protection system. Luminaire should have proper thermal management. Min IP protection should be IP65. The fixtures should comply with the specification available in respective Indian Standard Code for BIS. The fitting should have minimum 5 years warranty for complete luminaire including Driver & control gear etc. complete as required. (5 Years Warranty)
