Dismantling and removing steel structures such as MS angles, channels, plates, beam etc. of columns trusses, purlin, side cladding, etc at all heights using proper tools and plants without damaging the adjacent structures Including providing temporary supports for the structure at dismantled portion and nearby structures lowering the dismantled items carefully and staking materials useful for reuse at convenient place as directed by the company authorities and depositing the waste materials in the scrap yard including all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, providing necessary scaffolding (including hire charges and labour charges for Scaffolding) etc. complete as per standard specification.

Dismantling and removing AC sheet roofing and side cladding at all heights using proper tools and plants without damaging the adjacent structures, lowering carefully and stacking materials useful for reuse at convenient place as directed by the company authorities and depositing the waste materials in the scrap yard including all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, providing necessary scaffolding (including hire charges and labour charges for scaffolding) etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supply, fabrication and erection of steel structures by welded or bolted in built up /single sections for trusses, lattice beams, purlins, ties, bracings etc. for repair/maintenance/petty new works with Beams ,MS angles, channels, joists, plates ( MS items Visaku, Jindal, Sail, Tata or equivalent make with ISI mark) etc including conveyance of all materials, loading & unloading charges, all labour charges, cost of consumables, applying one coat of marine primer and two coat of enamel paint, providing temporary support for adjoining structures, hire charges for tools and plants, loading unloading charges, providing necessary scaffolding (including hire charges and labour charges for Scaffolding) etc complete as per standard specification etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing with AC corrugated Roofing / side cladding sheet with fixed with suitable size Zinc phosphate galvanized and polymer coated J or L bolts With washer including necessary overlap of 150mm at ends including conveyance of all materials, conveyance of materials, loading & unloading charges, all labour charges hire charges for tools and plants, dismantling and removing existing damaged roof sheets, dismantling and replacing the sheets of nearest bay for easiness of the work and removing the same if necessary etc. complete as per standard specification. Supply and fixing AC barge boards for roof / side cladding AC barge boards with zinc phosphate galvanized and polymer coated J or L bolts With nuts & washer and cap at all heights and levels including making the ends of sheets in correct lines and levels ,conveyance of materials, loading & unloading charges, all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, providing necessary scaffolding/ safety arrangement equipments for the work etc. complete as per standard specification. Supplying and fixing FRP valley gutter (VG/BG), 600mm width, central height of 250mm, minimum wall thickness 6mm, trapezoidal shape suitable to existing site condition, providing necessary stiffeners at regular interval (approx .1.20 m centre to centre) to prevent sagging, fixing just below the edge of roof sheet, providing sufficient slope towards both ends in to the rain water drain pipe. The gutter shall be made using isophthalic resin, glass fiber mat, surface mat & resin coating at top ( grey colour ) on exterior surface, each gutter of length 6 m to 8 m approx, proper overlapping at joints. The end of roof gutter shall have outlet nozzle/ end drop of approx, size 150mmdia, 200 mm long at both end to suit PVC drain pipe, end stoppers, jointing them in PVC rain water down take pipe using same type of FRP resin, glass fiber should be smooth finish without any defects. All the joints shall be lined with additional layers of glass fiber mat & resin and make the joints leak proof necessary scaffolding etc. all required for the completion of the work and as directed by Engineer - in - charge with prior approval. The adjustable MS threaded bolts of required size & length shall be provided under the existing purlin to make sufficient slope towards the end of drain including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for cutting shaping conveyance & lead & lift & fixing FRP VG, hire charges for tools and plants, providing necessary scaffolding plat forms etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing turbine air wind ventilators 600mm throat dia. with FRP / poly carbonate base and basé with SS or aluminimum for roof & fixed with suitable size zinc phosphate galvanized and polymer coated J or L bolts With washer and cap including cost & conveyance of all materials, loading & unloading charges, all labour charges hire charges for tools and plants, dismantling and removing existing roof sheets for fixing ventilators etc. complete as per standard specification.
