Sweeping, Cleaning and Various Miscellaneous Conservancy Works at BTPS Township.

Supply of unskilled labourers for various sweeping, cleaning jobs at BTPS Township as per direction of E. I. C. (CATEGORY -' A' ) Note: - i) In case of enjoying C. L. (Max. 14 days), this rate will be reduced by Rs. 75. 37 per day for each labour, ii) In case of enjoying listed holiday (Max. 14 days), this rate wil be reduced by Rs. 75. 37 per day for each labour, iii) DA, TA, CA, ESI@ 3. 25%, PF@13% and Bonus@16% are included in rates. iv) House rent allowance and Welfare allowance are not included in rates. Mandays means physical attendance + C. L., if any + Holiday, if any.

House rent allowance (With ESI) for 01(One) no. workders of Item Sl. no. - 1(CATEGORY -' A' ). This allowance @ 20% of basic shall be paid to these workers for the full month subject to performing minimum 06 days work within a month by a particular worker. Payment will be made accordingly.

In case of listed holidays for Sl. No. 1 (CATEGORY-' A' )

Provision for O. T. (With ESI) for different emergency jobs during odd hours including on Sundays and Holidays is not covered in Sl. no. 1 (CATEGORY-' A' )as per direction of E. I. C.

Welfare allowance (With ESI) for 23 nos. Worker of Sl. no. 1, 5, 9, 13, 17 & 21 (CATEGORY- ' A' , ' B' , ' C' , ' D' , ' E' , & ' F' ). This allowance @ 400/- per month shall be paid to these workers subject to minimum 06 days work per month by the worker. Payment will be accordingly.

Mandays means physical attendance + C. L., if any + Holiday, if any.

House rent allowance (With ESI) for 26 nos. workers of Sl. no. - 26(CATEGORY -' G' ). This allowance @ 19% of basic shall be paid to worker(s) for the full month subject to minimum 06 days work per month by the worker. Payment will be made accordingly.

In case of listed holidays for Sl. No. 26 (CATEGORY-' G' )

Provision for O. T. (With ESI) for different emergency jobs during odd hours including on Sundays and Holidays which is not covered in Sl. No. 26 and Sl. No. 30(CATEGORY -' G' & ' H' ) as per direction of E. I. C.

Annual Cost of PPE( on reimbursement basis at actual) for 23 workers under Sl. no. 1, 5, 9, 13, 17 & 21 (CATEGORY- ' A' , ' B' , ' C' , ' D' , ' E' , & ' F' ). For each worker; soap (06 nos per month), Duster (04nos per year), Gumboot (01no. per year), Hand gloves (01 pair per month), Nose guard( 02 nos. per month) to be supplied in consultation with Fire & Safety Deptt., HR & A Deptt., and Utilizer Deptt., BTPS.

Annual Cost of PPE( on reimbursement basis at actual) for (26+ 05)= 31nos. workers under Sl. No. 26 and Sl. No. 30(CATEGORY -' G' & ' H' ). For each work - Gumboot (01 no. per year), Nose guard (02 nos. per month), and Hand gloves (01 pair per month) to be supplied in consultation with Fire & Safety Deptt., HR & A Deptt., and Utilizer Dept., BTPS.

Supplying of following disinfecting material of any renowned brand and of good quality in packed condition - Bleaching Powder - to be supplied in consultation with Utilizer Dept., BTPS. Payment will be made on submission of valid cash memo, challan etc.

Supplying of following disinfecting material of any renowned brand and of good quality in packed condition - White & Black Phenyl, Mutiatic Acid, Nathalin & Vim Power etc. - to be supplied in consultation with Utillizer Deptt., BTPS. Payment will be made on submission of valid cash memo, challan etc.

Supply of saplings of seasonal flowers, fruits, shrubbery and other trees including carriage at site as per specific direction of Engineer -in- Charge. Seasonal flowers- to be supplied in consultation with Utilizer Dept., BTPS. Payment will be made on submission of valid cash memo, challan etc.

Supply of manures, perticidees and other materials includiong carriage at site as per specific direction of E. I. C. - to be supplied in consultation with Utillizer Deptt., BTPS. Payment will be made on submission of valid cash memo, challan etc.

Supply of earthen tub in good condition filled up with suitable soil, manures and other materials as necessary complete in all respect except plant 10" Size and 12" Size. - to be supplied in consultation with Utilizer Dept., BTPS. Payment will be made on submission of valid cash memo, challan etc.

Supply of manures, pesticides and other materials including carriage at site as per specific direction of E. I. C. --- Cow Dung (Each Truck)- to be supplied in consultation with Utilizer Dept., BTPS. Payment will be made on submission of valid cash memo, challan etc.
