Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

Dismantling of AC Corrugated or semi corrugated sheet etc any thickness including ridges as in roof covering and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

All same as per item No 3 here-in-above but corrugated steel sheeting -do-

Dismantling wall and ceiling board fibre, uplp insulation etc or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as directed.

Dismantling of tile wooden battens as in tiles of any size including tiling fillets exe 15 cm spacing complete and stacking where directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings 40 Sq cm and over in section in any position unframed work and stacking at site where directed complete.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.and stacking at site complete all as directed,

Dismantling single layer mangalore pattern roof tiles including ridges laid and set in cement mortar complete all as directed.

M&L pre cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Cutting holes of size Exc. half brick but not exc. one brick in brick walls in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required including making good as per its original specification with out any extra cost complete all as directed.

M&L Second class hard wood well seasoned wooden scantling clean sawn unframed fixed complete all as directed.

Dismantling of any type of ceiling boards after electrically disconnection and taking down electrial fittings & fixtures including wiring stacking at site & S&F new 8mm thick decorative acoustic fibre baords fixed or laid / inserted to aluminium frame work with screws fixed to false ceiling with and including aluminium anodised snap Grid 605 x 605 mm frame work using 25mm x 35mm x 0.7mm main Tee runner to be interlocked , 25mm x 35mm x 0.75mm cross Tee and 25x35x0.70mm angles fixed to wall for ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 4 mm dia GI (upto 2.5m long adjustable) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 25x7mm size 60mm long for securing frame work to ceiling suspended at 120cm etc. both way. (Size of grid shall be 605mm x 605mm) including 8mm thick decorative acoustic mineral fibre baord as described fixing with clips etc. and ceiling baord fixed as per manufacturerrs instructions and finally fixing the taken down fittings & fixtures & wiring to its orginal postion are different locations including testing on completion as ordered complete alll as directed. (Note:(i) The quoted rate is deemed to be incluvise of non asbestos fibre board , aluminium snap grid , susupenders complete (ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of taking down existing E&M fittings and wiring in ceiling if any, and re-fixing the same in position, after completion of ceiling work without any extra cost to Govt.)

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with self tapping screws and bituminious washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume (zincalume) aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to walls fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone or block masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
