DISMANTLING WORK
i) Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge. ii)Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead of area 3 sq. metres and below

Buy back of all items such as door, windows, partitions, modular ceiling, Storage cabinets, modular desk with partitions, Glazing, Electrical cables, wires, conduits, switches, Transformer, DG, Panels, AHU, Ducts, Pipes, Chillers and IBMS system etc in SDC 1, 2 and 3.
FLOORING
CARPET FLOORING:Providing and installing 600mm x 600mm Nylon Carpet Tiles with secondary backing of P.V.C The rate shall include cutting, trimming, fixing and clearing away of residual material to a location as directed. The rate shall also include supplying and laying of a protective layer of PVC sheet of 50 microns thickness, held together with scotch tape. The laid carpet to be vacuumed after the removal of protective cover/on commissioning. In case the stains are observed in the carpet after the protective layer is removed, because of inadequate protection, the same shall be shampooed and made good to the satisfaction of the project managers.
ANTISTATIC VINYL FLOORING
P/F Homogeneous Compact vinyl flooring of 2mm thickness in tile or role form. Cost should include providing and fixing of copper strip grid under the vinyl floor and same should be connected with the Earthing
RAISED FLOORING (Height- 600mm)
Supply and fixing Access floor systems as per following specifications confirming to EN 12825 standards. Access floor system should be made from high density Calcium Sulphate and Provide Class 1 Fire Ratings and fire resistance up to 90 min as per NFPA 75. System should have antistatic property and air leakage resistance. The system should be able to withstand a minimum UDL of 1800 kg. Per sqmt. and a point load of 400 kg. The pedestal shall withstand Axial Load of 2200 kg. Panels: The entire Access floor system will provide for adequate fire resistance, acoustic barrier and air leakage resistance. Panels will be made up of inert material Calcium sulphate with laminate having Antistatic properties. The bottom of the panel should be of 0.05 mm Aluminium foil to create a fire and humidity barrier and this should provide floor’s electrical continuity. Panels will remain flat through and stable unaffected by humidity or fluctuation in temperature throughout its normal working life. The Panels edging will be UL approved. Panels will provide for impact resistance top surfaces minimal deflection, corrosion resistance properties and should not be combustible or aid surface spread of flame. Panels will be insulated against heat and noise transfer. Panels will be 600 x 600mm x 35 mm height fully interchangeable with each other within the range of a specified layout. Panels shall rest on the grid formed by the stringers which are bolted on to the pedestals. Panels should be finished with anti-static 0.9 mm Laminate and 0.45mm thick plastic edge material that is self-extinguishing and will be PVC free Panel Loading Fire Rating: The Panels will confirm to class O and Fire Rating: The Panels will confirm to class O and Class 1 Fire Ratings tested `as per CIRC 91/61 or BS 476 Part 6 & 7 (30 min).
VITRIFIED TILES (600x 600mm)
12 mm thick (mirror polished) of approved quality and shade for corridor flooring, with 4"skirting & wall in required position with readymade tile adhesive mortar of approved quality, including backing coat of cement mortar 1:3 (1: cement, 3: fine aggregate), joint filling with white slurry, cleaning, curing complete all as directed by the Engineer. The levelling of base floor to be included, laid in pattern in desired shade with adhesive 600 x 600 with pigmented additives to match shade of the stone, cleaning, cost to be inclusive of chemical treatment of approved AQUA SEALANT on surface etc complete as per directed.

Modular False Ceiling: Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance ?85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt – 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge
GYPSUM CEILING-
Providing and fixing Fireline gypsum board false ceiling for providing 120 min. fire rating in horizontal/vertical surfaces, coffers etc. as per design given in the drawings. It shall consist of GI suspension system comprising of India gypsum sections and 12.5mm thick gypsum board. The cost should include Gyp Board with GI sections including framework as necessary for AC / Light fittings, trap door in ceiling, any other cut-out as directed
PARTITIONS
GYPSUM PARTITIONS: 100mm GYPSUM board partition with two layers of 12.5 mm thick Gypsum Board on each side of the frame- screw fixed with drywall screws of 25mm & 35mm at 300mm centres to either side of 48mm. Stud (0.5mm thick having one flange of 34mm and another flange of 36mm made of GI Steel) placed at 610mm c/c in 50mm floor and ceiling channel (0.5mm thick have equal flanges of 32mm made of GI steel) anchored to the floor & true ceiling using suitable anchor fasteners or metal screws with PVC plugs. The boards are to be fixed to the framework with joints staggered to avoid leakage through joints. Rate to include making provisions in panels, grooves and finishing the same to fix soft board (0.45x1.8m) and whiteboard (1.2mx3.2m) fixed flush on the partition. Note soft board and whiteboards will be paid for separately. STEEL FIRE RATED DOOR
Providing and fixing Metal Fire door from ISO 9001:2015 certified Manufacturer. The door must have been manufactured with galvanized - GI sheet of GPSP Grade as per IS 277. All Fire doors must satisfy the requirement of latest Fire & Life Safety guidelines for 120 minutes Fire Rating with its Stability & Integrity for 120 minutes. The door must also suffice the criterion of 20 minutes insulation as per NBC 2016 guidelines. The Prototype sample of the door must carry a prior test evidence as per IS 3614 part-2 / BS 476 Part 20 & 22. The manufacturer must submit the copy of test evidence prior to start of production. The offered test certificate should either carries it's Validity or certificate must not be older than 5 years from NABL Accredited Lab i.e. Spectro / International Lab i.e. Exova / TBW etc. or by any accreditation body which operates in accordance with ISO/IEC 17011 and accredits labs as per ISO/IEC 17025 for testing and calibration scopes shall be eligible. Precision air conditioning

AISLE CONTAINMENT
The Containment uses a series of panels, door frames and doors, and air blocks to enclose a cold aisle zone which contains cooling unit supply air
The cold aisle zone is the space between two rows of IT equipment racks with cold air being supplied between the two rows of racks (or one row of racks and an architectural wall) and the IT equipment exhausts hot air away from the aisle. In this enclosed space cooling unit supply air is collected inside of the Containment. The cool air is supplied to the IT equipment while the IT equipment exhaust air is pushed outside the Containment and returned to the cooling unit.
By preventing mixing of cool supply air and hot exhaust air, this self- contained configuration is capable of supporting a complete range of low, medium and high power/heat density loads, and can be deployed in multiple environments without affecting the surrounding area.

Ceiling Panel

Depth Extenders shall mount to front or back of enclosures to align aisle. The extender shall match the depth of the adjacent racks and match the width and height of the enclosure (including any height adapters) of which it is being mounted
