Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil, loame, clay or sand inculuding lift upto 1.5 m & lead upto 30m including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30mfrom the foundation trenches. Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, final local sand of 1.25 FM and cement in proportion of 12 :6 : 1 in foundation and under floor, Including supply of all Material with mixer machine, Labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion the work.As per S.I. No. 273

First class Brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse Sand morter in foundation & Plinth inculding supply of all materials Labour T & P etc.required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 305.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.l. binding wire and includuing Necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item. As per S.I. No. 283

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including or proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks. As per S.I. No. 504

12 m.m. thick Plaster with Cement mortar consisting of one part of cement and 5 part of coarse sand of 2.25 FM on brick work including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc.S.I No 584(i).

Cement Concrete with 20 mm. gauge approved stone grit ; approved Coarse Sand and Cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 inculding supply of all Material, Labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion the work. As per S.I. No. 279(i)

Finishing walls with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality onnew work with two coats to give as even shade, including supply of allmaterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SN 660 +661)

Mild steel or iron work of small size and sections such as holding down bolts,hold fast, tie roads, gratings etc. (when not included in an over all rates)wrought to required form, including of supply of steel, boalts nuts and wastageetc. and there fixing required for proper completion of work. SI. No. 502C

Apply priming coat over new steel and other metal surface after and including preparing the surface throughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes ,fine steel /wood scrappers sand papering and knotting including cost of all materials, labour abd T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (1+2+3(ii))
