Special Eligibility Criteria

   A) BULK ORDER : Firms who have manufactured and supplied the subject item for 10 coach sets and should have completed successful trials or service for 12 months. performance Certificate should be duly signed by Gazetted Officer. Firm should also submit RDSO Approved/Cleared letter for the subject item. B) DEVELOPMENT ORDER : Firms who have manufactured and supplied same/ similar dampers of Vande Bharat train sets the subject item for less than 10 coach sets will be considered for developmental orders not exceeding 20 percent of the net procurable quantity. performance Certificate should be duly signed by Gazetted Officer. Firm should also submit RDSO Approved/Cleared letter for the subject item.

   In terms of Railway Board's letter No.2020/RS(G)/779/2/Pt.1(E3322671) dated 20.08.2024 and in keeping with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017 as amended only Class-I local supplier and Class-II local supplier, as defined under PPO, shall be eligible to bid in this procurement.Bidders are mandatorily required to furnish a self certificate (duly specifying description of the item and certificate should be later than the tender publishing date) to the effect of their being a Class-I local supplier/Class-Il local supplier (as per PPP- MIl order, 2017 as amended), for the tendered item, failing which the offer will be summarily rejected. In cases, where an authorized dealer/agent participates in the tender, the self certificate shall be submitted from OEM.
